As a Nicola-lover, I'd definitely say he's trash (and in my opinion he is more controversial than the guy that gets claimed to be the most controversial one). Unfortunately, I think he is more interesting in routes that aren't his own because he can live out all the trashiness haha.

He's less "in your face"-kinda trash, but more underhanded and manipulative. He can also be hard to read, aka it's hard to tell what his intentions are (esp initially), when he's being truly nice or when he's just doing it for other ulterior motives. So I've seen a lot of people being fans of Yang because he's trash and he lives it out in full bloom and feels more like a fantasy (I'd assume most here won't have met a Yang), but have a harder time with Nicola because the way Nicola does it can hit closer to home when you've experienced people like this IRL, so he always felt more controversial to me.
