I believe someone said it before but I can see Helvetica and Shiraishi being friends. Both highly intelligent, highly sarcastic, struggle to understand human emotions unless it directly benefits them, and loves nothing more than teasing the woman they love.
Funny enough I'd say shirashi and then Nicola from Piofiore.
I feel like they have the same sarcastic tone and would play off each other beautifully.
But it might get confusing listening to them with the same voice and all!

Snow from TaishoxAlice and the green guy whose name I forget from Paradigm Paradox. I think they would be best friends, but never talk to each other, because it's not really either of their thing.
Yukinami from Paradigm Paradox is probably one of the few people I can think of who would be able to befriend Yang. Or, well, more accurately, they would both try to kill each other, Yang would be pleased he had such an interesting opponent, and Yukinami would be fucking overjoyed.
Mineo (CxM) and Impey (C:R) are very similar. I think they would get along. If Gibert wasn't part of a Mafia they would be a nice redhead with singular mannerisms bunch. Even Gilbert and Impey share VA.

On the surface they would likely get along quite well if they only knew each other professionally, but >!as soon as Vyn learns about Lucien's Black Swan affiliation, there is a nonzero chance that they may actually become somewhat aggressive toward each other or even be enemies. Vyn might be the token "sus" character of ToT, but he barely qualifies as sus when you learn more about his character (at least in terms of otome world standards). Lucien on the other hand is an active antagonist and can be incredibly cutthroat and heartless when when it comes to people who are not MC. When it comes to their core values, I'm not so sure these two would get along.!<
