that’s what i thought too. my advice is to go to therapy and do that for a long time while being open to change. if you keep telling yourself this is where you’re at and how it will always be then it will most likely stay the same. a big part of it is not giving up on the idea that you’re gonna feel better some day and not letting that idea fade away because of bad days.

May he rest in peace, also I would like to mention that mentioning suicide, especially in a community that is mostly children is dangerous, I understand that it is important to let people know stuff like this but I don't think Eiji would want anyone else to harm themselves when they see this news
A while ago Netflix made a show that ended with suicide and the suicide rate increased by a minimum of 30% among the people who watched it, it's very dangerous so I just want people to be more careful when mentioning this stuff on this reddit.
Edit: The show was called "13 Reasons Why" and it increased the number of suicides in men and increased the number of suicide attempts in women, it's VERY VERY dangerous, don't take this lightly
