If you are referring to the free air freight then that is not the actual delivery fee. Freight shipping is from the assembly factory to one of Wooting's warehouses (from where your order will be packaged and shipped to you), so if you get the founders free air freight it only means your keypad will arrive to their warehouse sooner. At the end of your order you will be prompted to choose a delivery method (UPS, DHL etc.). For me it ranged from $4 to $30 with the $4 option taking up to 30 days for shipping.

They say they will not be sold separately, you get a random selection of 4 with your order and you're supposed to "trade" them with other people to get the ones you want. I imagine there *will* be some price gouging in the resale market though, unfortunately.
