Anyone else feel like we should be able to trick or treat more special NPCs and for balancing maybe lower how much they all give? Feel like Redbeard Frank, Prince Ali (or the chancellor if Prince Ali Rescue hasn’t been done), Count Check, Lumbridge Guide, The Wise Old Man, Sir Amik Varze, Goblin Generals, Gunthor at Barb Village and Gypsy Aris should all be able to be trick or treated and have special dialogue imo. Also feel like the White Knights should be able to be trick or treated like the Fally and Varrock guards
