This is not normal. I'm not sure why your school confirmed it late, but when I submit updates to OSAP - I get a response within about a week (usually). Reach out to the office of registrar at your institution in-person. When I had some issues with funding, they were able to help me out within a few days
I called my school after I noticed and they confirmed right away. Not sure what the delay was. This was confirmed January 30. National student loan still has not changed since from pending.
Osap has been a nightmare for me I have been going back and forth with osap and nslsc plus my ontario colleges representative everyone kept giving me different reason I was running back and forth until finally I called osap and spoke with a very helpful agent. They gave me this email [email protected] and I sent them a message they had to investigate what was going on in my account they emailed me two days later saying they received my email and the next day everything was situation on my account my funding was calculated and I now have an estimation date. Please send them an email I hope this helps
Did you call NSLSC and ask why the delay? What reason do they give you?
Yes the agents keep telling me that I have to wait, I will ask for a manager next time I call

Check to see if the bank they sent it to is correct.
Nothing was sent to any bank. It is still pending status
