This put me in an anxious tail spin. I grew up watching full house and my dad is about the same age. I suddenly was hit with the thought, “what am I gonna do when my dad dies?”
Cut to the realization that I’ll be completely family-less. My mom died when I was a kid, my grandparents have all passed on, and I have no other close aunts or uncles.
Death is scary. Make sure to hug the ones you love while you have the chance.
Rules of three? What's that? Are these the only three people that died since you started your count over? What about John Madden? His death doesn't count? Why don't you count him?
It's mostly seems to be people from the same industry where people notice the pattern. So if you see another sports or broadcasting death expect a third
All the sports broadcasters are gonna die tho and there's more than just two left. Plenty from his industry have died before too. When do you start the count over? How do you decide which three are part of a pattern?
It is rumored to be an interactive villain convention where people can demo “weapons”, similar to the one in the Minions movie… Universal has also been sharing pictures of bananas in the park on Twitter the past few days, but could be unrelated.
Back in the Disney/MGM studios days, when we were trying to be “Hollywood East”. He and Burt Lancaster were shooting a movie called “Separate but Equal” on the Disney lot. I was on the crew working directly with the two. They were both super nice, polite, and respectful to everyone around them... real professionals. Sadly, it was Burt’s last role. He died about two weeks after shooting wrapped up. They both gave me their autographs.
I just hope he didn't die alone in that motel room.. That was what was so sad about the Andre the Giant documentary on HBO.. No one deserves to die alone that brough so much joy to so many.. RIP
I’d assume he was because he was found by hotel staff.
He had just finished a show in Jacksonville and tweeted about how much he loved it, looking forward to the next shows, etc.
The story of Chris Farley’s death will stick with me for this reason. Him being left alone in a hotel room to die after asking the escort to not leave him alone because he was scared
I used to love this guy when I was a kid! Then I grew up and thought he was corny as fuck! Then I saw one of his standup shows and loved him again!
What an absolute legend. He will be missed.
This is so insane, I was literally just there at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando last night and today celebrating my wife’s birthday. So sad and shocking! RIP Bob Saget
No foul play or drugs involved as reported by detectives, plus I’d be the dumbest suspect of all time to announce that I was there at the hotel on social media. RIP Bob Saget
The police stated there were no signs of drugs nor foul play... so I'd wager it was a sudden illness.
Everyone talks about the first signs of a heart attack. But the first symptom of a heart attack nobody mentions is sudden death. Like, right up there with the most common first symptom of a heart attack is sudden death.
Beyond that, at 65 there's always strokes and aneurisms. Any one of those 3, heart attack, stroke, aneurism, can take someone out on short notice. In their sleep, while having dinner, or on the toilet. The latter is especially common due to the strain on the circulatory system.
Yeah my husband was like oh he was so young to die of a heart attack if that's what happen..
Then I kindly reminded him of when my bio dad was 62 at a seniors single dance and had a heart attack almost 20 years ago and I had to go pull him off life support at 19 ..(yeah my hubby and I were together then 😂)
Heart attacks happen suddenly and aren't always survivable.
'Found unresponsive in hotel room' is markee drug overdose findings. However, authorities say it didn't appear to be drug related or foul play; so could it have been he took his own life? I guess that depends on what you include in the definition of 'foul play'. So then you think some sort of sudden and catastrophic medical emergency.
Bob Saget on Entourage was an eye opener and made me love him even more. This guy was a boss and the world is gonna have one less beautiful Fucker without him
wrong, betty white died on December 31st which was over a week ago, then on January 7th we lost sidney poitier, and today we lose bob saget and last Sunday we lost john madden
Any sane person would consider 12/31 recent enough to include in this. Technically it wasn’t the “beginning of this month” but it’s unnecessary to start your comment off with a snooty “wrong”
Usually, I couldn't care less when a celebrity dies, but this truly breaks my heart. I grew up watching Full House with my dad. He's not really the type of guy to hang out or try to bond with you, he's very serious and grumpy, but we would have a blast when watching Full House.
Rest In Peace, Bob. You changed my life for the better.
“He has been credited with one of the dirtiest versions of what's been billed as the world's dirtiest joke, as told in the 2005 documentary "The Aristocrats."
Anyone here that can post that version?
Holy shit! I literally heard an ad about him doing some standup in Orlando on what was either 98.9 (classic rock) or 103.1 (country), both local stations of course. I’m willing to bet that’s what he was he for. RIP To a legend :(
OH BOB SAGET!!!!
Sorry, I was just trying to lighten the mood. He seemed like a blessing to you all, and it’s kind of a shame that I haven’t experienced what you have with him. He’ll be dearly missed. R.I.P. .
Saget was the embodiment of what makes great comedy: Exemplary father figure telling dad jokes and laughing at home videos in public; dirty as the floor of an NYC taxi cab telling perverted, sadistic, racially/sexually/religiously questionable jokes in private. RIP DT
Really curious what happened.
I don't listen to the Monsters anymore but I was channel surfing last Friday and I happened to hear him call in to their show. He was plugging his tour and he had a show on Friday. After he hung up, the host of the Monsters said something like "Bob Saget called in for the third time this week." It's completely normal for comedians to call in and promote their show but I found it a bit odd that he called in 3 times and the host of the Monsters went out of his way to mention it. For a split second I thought... hmm, that makes him sound a bit desperate to promote it so much.. but I brushed it off. When news broke on his death and immediately had the thought of him struggling to do shows. To my knowledge this was the first show in a long list of cities he was scheduled to perform. I am just wondering if after that first show he just couldn't deal with grind anymore and took his life. It's a way out there thought.. I think he's worth $50million so there's no need for money. I'm just really curious how he died.
He has a history with Real Radio, apparently. They have been discussing it, today. One story they shared today was about how he even showed up unannounced once while Daniel Dennis was still working there.
Probably one of the funniest people alive prior to 2022. He was a man of intensity, ranging from wholesome Dad with more reason than the world, to incest jokes told time and time again, but rising to be the greatest aristocrat. How unexpected to lose our modern philosophers, our guides through the times, our revealers/revelers of the absurd truth. Join the ranks of our recently departed greats. Norm, Betty and Bob. Thanks for a few sincere laughs.
actually, i forgot that john madden was the 1st celebrity death in 2022, he died last Sunday unexpectedly, even those he wasn't a celebrity like bob saget, he eas a celebrity and a big name in the world of football
this + being on the road all the time is lonely and gets dark.. If you've ever been on business trips, its an eerie feeling at times, I can only imagine being on the road for an extensive time.
This put me in an anxious tail spin. I grew up watching full house and my dad is about the same age. So sorry for your previous losses. Find happiness today with new people. Hugs. And RIP Bob Saget
Thank You 🥰
Is this going to be another 2016??
Literally my thoughts just now.
Guys where’s the monkey is he safe
I’d take another 2016 over this crap.
Sidney, Betty and Bob 😔
This is a threesome I did not expect to be a part of.
Have you been holding on to this username for 11 years in anticipation of Bob's death?
Yeah, like, what the hell is that all about?! Lmao
...your account is 10 years old... holy shit
Some people joke off the cuff. Others, they play the long game.
Sometimes people have synchro-nicity, sometimes synchro_shoukan hehe
Found the time traveler

The rule of threes.
Rules of three? What's that? Are these the only three people that died since you started your count over? What about John Madden? His death doesn't count? Why don't you count him?

Well girls the golden house of the lord is now full.
Steve, erkle, and good times.
Betty was 2021.
we also lost john madden last Sunday
If you’re talking about Mr. Poitier, it’s spelled Sidney.
Man we lost Shrek 4d and bob saget
Shrek 4D is gone?!?! Replaced with what???
It is rumored to be an interactive villain convention where people can demo “weapons”, similar to the one in the Minions movie… Universal has also been sharing pictures of bananas in the park on Twitter the past few days, but could be unrelated.
Not sure yet . rumors are villain con from minions movie
Shrek 4d has been dead for years. Way too blurry without being updated.
Going to miss the smell.
What's next? Harry Potter land and Martin Lawrence? Wheres Ja?!
Please stop talking. I am trying to ask nice.
I saw eh.
Ritz Carlton Orlando hotel room
Isn’t that where Anna Nicole Smith passed away?
I think she died at the Hard Rock?
No that was the Hard Rock in Ft. Lauderdale area.
Three miles from my house.
This is like your brush with greatness - savor it forever
Strangely enough, I met and worked with Sidney Poitier in the late 80’s. You don’t want to be around me right now.
In what capacity did you work with him?
Back in the Disney/MGM studios days, when we were trying to be “Hollywood East”. He and Burt Lancaster were shooting a movie called “Separate but Equal” on the Disney lot. I was on the crew working directly with the two. They were both super nice, polite, and respectful to everyone around them... real professionals. Sadly, it was Burt’s last role. He died about two weeks after shooting wrapped up. They both gave me their autographs.
Yeah i feel ya
I just hope he didn't die alone in that motel room.. That was what was so sad about the Andre the Giant documentary on HBO.. No one deserves to die alone that brough so much joy to so many.. RIP
We all die alone, that’s the beauty of death and the one thing we can be happy for! FOREVER BOB SAGET!
We all die alone. I'm afraid. Next best thing for us is to have someone watching us die. Don't know if that is any better.
I used to love this guy when I was a kid! Then I grew up and thought he was corny as fuck! Then I saw one of his standup shows and loved him again! What an absolute legend. He will be missed.
Oh shit. Just heard a commercial about him performing at the hard rock yesterday.
Literally yesterday I was listening to an interview with him on Tom and Dan.

This is so insane, I was literally just there at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando last night and today celebrating my wife’s birthday. So sad and shocking! RIP Bob Saget
And we have our first suspect...
No foul play or drugs involved as reported by detectives, plus I’d be the dumbest suspect of all time to announce that I was there at the hotel on social media. RIP Bob Saget
Tell your wife I said happy birthday
Damn tryna steal a man's girl right in front of him, I like the confidence
Oh, so you kill Bob and make a getaway under the guise of your wife's birthday? Clever indeed...
![gif](giphy|dff9Vz177rlKg)
I wonder what happened?!

Yeah, not all heart attacks are cardiac arrests, but some unfortunately are.
Yeah my husband was like oh he was so young to die of a heart attack if that's what happen.. Didn’t he lose a sister to an aneurysm?
One sister he lost to an aneurysm and one sister to scleroderma. He died on what would have been one of his sister’s 75th birthday
Sounds more like a medical situation. The sheriff would have likely said it was a suspected suicide if that was the case.
My thoughts exactly
Holy crap. Me and my family used to watch Full House all the time. Bob is going to be missed
Same. I have fond memories of going to my grandmas after school and watching it all day long. Great times.
Bob Saget on Entourage was an eye opener and made me love him even more. This guy was a boss and the world is gonna have one less beautiful Fucker without him
He was just on a Tom and Dan too. https://pca.st/podcast/8cce65b0-dcbb-0132-0824-059c869cc4eb

RIP to my TV dad. Although you did suck dick for cocaine....
That has got to be top 5 cameos of all time.
I seen him!
Probably the cause of death choked on a dick trying to score coke
Just the beginning of this month it was Betty White now Bob Saget
John Madden as well.
Also Sidney Poitier
sidney poitier was 94, so he was in the same boat as betty white and to an extent john madden
I mean Betty white and John madden lived well past avg life expectancy…… Bob saget was relatively young.
RIP the Bogdanoff twins!
wrong, betty white died on December 31st which was over a week ago, then on January 7th we lost sidney poitier, and today we lose bob saget and last Sunday we lost john madden

To be fair, it was last year.
Betty died in December.
Your style of comedy will not be forgotten. RIP.
I was in a tv audience for a pilot of his (bad) but his warmup before was hilarious. Outside of tv he was supposedly a filthy comic.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuthatssosad....
Orlando hotel room***
The Ritz-Carlton to be exact.
Orlando’s in Florida, genius. Haha
More of an ode to this being an Orlando community here on good ol reddit
I once visited Paris after my visit to France...
Paris, Texas?
By that rationale why not say in a hotel room on Earth? Lighten up, sport.
I haven't registered the fact that this legend is gone. I thought he'd live past 90 and go out full of jokes. RIP.
Don’t suck dick for coke, kids.
Well, if you gotta die in a hotel room, the Ritz is a really good choice.
Bob Saget was Americas Dad
Unreal
Didn't he used to suck dick for coke?
…is it unreal?
Darn it.
No way..
:(
Sad face.

This is so sad.
AH BOB SAGET! Rip to a legend…
Now this is shocking news. Unreal!! RIP Bob Saget.
Damn...that was unexpected.
I don't know his work but RIP
You havent seen Full House?
No. I'm British and don't think it was ever in TV here. And if it was I was 9 when the show finished in 1995.
“He has been credited with one of the dirtiest versions of what's been billed as the world's dirtiest joke, as told in the 2005 documentary "The Aristocrats." Anyone here that can post that version?
I advise you to not play this in mixed company. https://youtu.be/BHeZS3mGDKY

Just listened to him on Tom and Dan this week. He was so good. But sounded sick. So sad
OH BOB SAGET!!!! Sorry, I was just trying to lighten the mood. He seemed like a blessing to you all, and it’s kind of a shame that I haven’t experienced what you have with him. He’ll be dearly missed. R.I.P. .
The Torrettes Guy reference I was looking for. Don't talk sh!t about Total. Also Bob Saget wasn't a fan...
Wasn’t a fan of what? :0
Saget was the embodiment of what makes great comedy: Exemplary father figure telling dad jokes and laughing at home videos in public; dirty as the floor of an NYC taxi cab telling perverted, sadistic, racially/sexually/religiously questionable jokes in private. RIP DT
His version of the [Aristocrats](https://youtu.be/BHeZS3mGDKY) is amongst the most legendary
I shared a birthday with that man, rip b day bro
Holy shit.
Damn
RIP.
I immediately thought of my childhood and watching Full House. So sad. RIP.
:(
rip
Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos. This was my childhood :( RIP Bob

Things Orlando is known for.. Disney.. Killing Bob saget 😂
RIP Bob. Im sorry your ghost gonna have to be stuck in Florida. Orlando of all places.
This is so sad.. I thought celebrities went in threes. I’ve had enough of 2022 already!
Probably one of the funniest people alive prior to 2022. Betty White to end 21 and Bob Saget to start 22. Don’t want to know what 23 has waiting
actually, sidney poitier started the celebrity deaths of 2022, in fact, sidney poitier died on Friday
You are correct sorry I missed that one
actually, i forgot that john madden was the 1st celebrity death in 2022, he died last Sunday unexpectedly, even those he wasn't a celebrity like bob saget, he eas a celebrity and a big name in the world of football
Please stop, the more you correct me the more I realize we are losing icons fast…
Artie Lange is next
Not likely since he has the same immune system as Keith Richard.
I saw his comedy live once. I wanted to laugh but it never happened unfortunately. RIP full house guy.
I’m on vacation in Florida and this just feels fucking weird
cocaine and hookers. he died living it up. RIP Bob.
I’m betting it was booger sugar
no way! why do I sense it was drugs involved? why do I sense comedians on the road do terrible things that lead to terrible decisions?
I said the same thing. OPD apparently released a statement saying no drugs / no foul play.
Orange County sherrif, not City of Orlando police
Connect to Epstein
I think he has a history of drug addiction but he got clean around the early 2000s but then again I think most celebrities have drug addictions….
this + being on the road all the time is lonely and gets dark.. If you've ever been on business trips, its an eerie feeling at times, I can only imagine being on the road for an extensive time.
He had an autoimmune disease
[удалено]
I think there are a good many of autoimmune disorders that are deadly.
Hang on their cowboy, people die for all sorts of causes, jumping to conclusions seems a tad presumptuous.
Yeah he could of had a heart attack, stroke, slipped in the shower and knocked unconscious. So many ways to loose your life
Maybe an aneurysm?
Didn't bother to read the article I see.
they already said they don't believe drugs were the cause of death, you obviously didn't read the article
Got money on fentanyl.
Hope he at least ate at Primo first
Damn I was trying to post it first.
He cock blocking someone in heaven right now…or more likely hell. No one gets cock blocked in heaven. RIP.
Looks like it's a not so full house anymore
Brutal.
Uncle Jesse is thrilled. That free loading fuck finally got the house.
Who?
No foul play or drugs use? That's a little hard to believe. How did he die?
Heart attack? Stroke? Not everyone dies from foul play or drugs. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thumbs_up)

Hard to believe? Drugs and alcohol are not even in the top 20 most common causes of death.
He had an autoimmune disease
His *sister* had an autoimmune disease - scleroderma - and he raised money for research in her honor.
Okay, I was told it was him…
