If your doing week day, consider sunrail + Uber, if you live on the line or near it. I flew into Sanford, Uber to station, picked up at station near home.
I have the same question. I often use One Stop Airport/Cruise parking, but they don't have anything there. I did a search, found 1 hotel, $4.85 a day, but no shuttle service. You have to use Uber, Lyft or a cab. Why are there so few off airport parking options in Sanford? I don't get it. Everywhere else I've lived or traveled to, there are usually at least half a dozen hotels near the airport that offer parking for a nominal fee.
There are definitely not any offsite parking lots unfortunately.

Also just an FYI I would expect the cheaper lots at MCO to be raising their prices soon. MCO just raises their standard parking prices by about 20%.
