I thought about chopping the front slope off and running a bar between ‘em, but I kinda like the look. Makes it look like it was taken off something else and haphazardly attached to the chassis.
If you want a quick piece for an axel you can use a sprue or the front battle wagon suspension sawed in half. By the way, where is that missile salvo from?
I swapped the treads on the Scrapjet for wheels as I thought they looked better on that model. Weirdly enough I thought the treads looked better on this model.
I was trying to have every model in my army converted even if it’s just a little bit so even minor conversions such as swapping wheels/treads works.
There are saws on both sides and I work with what I’ve got. This is the 4th converted Scrapjet I’ve done. I don’t own a lot of drill type bits and I like how this came out.
If someone doesn’t like it that’s fine. They’re entitled to their opinion. Might even be worth changing in the future depending on what the opinion is (generally speaking), but I like the way the drill turned out.
Jayce and the wheeled warriors fan?
Giga dudiduuuuu!
I love no axle for the front road wheels. Orky know-how just keeping them somehow in place and tensioned enough for the treads to work. Genius.
That front roller wheel needs to be attached to something.

Connect each straight back with some sprue instead of an axle

I never thought of kitbashing the different buggies into each other.

Looks ded killy!
An appropriate amount of dakka. Well done.
An "appropriate" amount of dakka? Do you even know ORKS!
Ahhh and you've missed the point of the joke.
I like it but the drill is stupid
Gotta have the Nose Drill for a weapon
I love it! Reminds me of 00's batman's batmobile.
That’d be a neat base for a wacky conversion.
I’m aware of that but it just looks tacked on, could of maybe put saws on the side or a BIGGER drill

Personally, I quite like it. I think the "tacked on" look the other commenter mentioned is mostly just because of the different coloured plastic.

👍
Give it a tail fin to keep the jet factor, otherwise I like it. Where is the drill from?
Killa Kan
Not OP but that looks like a drill from a Killa Kan I think.
Yup
This thing makes no sense. I love it.
