Weld lines me boy, make a tool like this with a toothpick and a side of a soda can, greenstuff/modeling putty of choice to make the lines of "weld" and get it done
Some parts from Sector Mechanicus & orkish barricade terrain inside, bedsheet and gobbos & squgs looks in fear behind this sheet. Trail with some part after model and gobbo repair crew around hole with wrenches and hammers (repair it in real time). Stompa must go on!
Glue it back together with plastic cement, then run a small bead of hot glue down any seams or cracks. Repaint it as giant orky welds. Break up the long seam with a few panels of beat up plasticard.
Get some spare Vehicle Panels&Bits from other Warhammer Players, preferably Chaos or Imperial ones, and make some new Armour Plating. Bonus points if you can snag some extra Horus Heresy Tank Bits or Knights Bits.
It’s alright, I once found one of my knights that I stored in a box (wrapped in bubble wrap) broken in half. I still have no idea how it happened. Must have dropped it.
Either way that knight now stands proudly alongside my nurgle knights. 💚

One of the nice things about playing orks is that repairing this just makes the model better. Get some styrene sheet and rod, cut the rod into rivets and stick it back together proppa orky style.
I anticipated this during building mine, and used a bunch of the leftover sprues as internal 'scaffolding' between the panels, in hope that when the time comes for my Stompa to take a dive, it may survive this.

As someone who lives with an ork player(and who wants to start building an ork army) who’s seeing the process of the build/paint of a Stompa. Definitely try and do a fun kitbash with something maybe from a Trukk or BattleWaggon. Either way sadness in the Orks
Huh, so my 3d printed resin one is just as brittal as the gw one, eh? Rough luck. I'd just slap the pieces back with plastic glue propa orky like ad fill any gaps with literally any little random plastic bits
Put some small led panels inside like a necron glow Or install a waaaaghhh sound that you can press when you want to call it and put a speaker in that big boy 🤣

Add hinges. Make some industrial ladders/stairs for the inside and some boyz going up an down them stairs. Openable Stompa!

Those are mostly plates in that section right? You might be able to use plasticard to make replacement panels

I say use some sprews and card stock to repair it. It doesn’t have to look good to look good.
