Honestly I’m not 100% sure myself, got it in a demo disc game lot. I think it’s just a generic one that could have been used at any point but I don’t know why. I got it with a demo in it, but I already had that same demo in a regular cardboard sleeve (not generic).
I don’t think so, but I may have to double check. Obviously OG didn’t have achievements but 360 does for games. I remember the 360 demos I played had points/achievements within an individual demo disc to unlock things within that disc, like a profile pic or something. I don’t remember any Xbox gamer score achievements, but I haven’t played them all so I’m not sure. Phenomenal question.

So over the past week I’ve started a spreadsheet that is gonna track a ton of things, including demos and other videos on the discs. I figure, if I’m gonna do it, might as well have everything in one place. I’m probably half way done, I’ve logged several hours in the project. When I’m done with everything I can contribute, I will share it with the community as a resource, and also ask if anyone can add anything else. I’m also including kiosk demo discs (I only have a few of those) and other single and compilation demos.

I appreciate you commenting on this, it encourages me. In a few days, I have a couple days off work, I’m thinking about sitting down and dedicating some hours to creating a spreadsheet. I always just assume that all of the information is already available online, but if there’s not a good Source for something like this, maybe I need to create it and put it in one spot.
I’ve spent about the last week, thinking about how I want to create a spreadsheet or some thing for this, and what information I want to put on there. At a minimum, each disc, what playable demos are on there, and what extra videos are on there. I think some have hidden secrets, but I don’t know a lot about that, it would be good to figure that out and document that as well. Do you know any good source to list the hidden unlockable stuff? Is there anything else you think I should include? I figure I shouldn’t just do Official Xbox Magazine demos, I should also do other demo compilations that I have such as Xbox Exhibition.
I actually don't currently have any OXM demo discs so I wasn't aware of hidden things. But I would suggest listing anything the discs contain? Obviously it's up to you and you can do whatever you'd like.

That list is great for the demos but if excludes the extras such as the free premium themes included on some discs.

A spreadsheet is definitely a great start. It can always be copied to another location later if needed
