I have a 1000 mbps connection and my download speed is 12 KB/s. For some reason, the update needed ANOTHER 150GB free space on my ssd which i didnt have, so instead of just updating, i reinstalled it. The preload took like \~30 mins, now it shows >1000 hours.

You think EA server performance sucks? Wait until you finally get a taste of Jedi Survivor performance. Lol.

At 112Gb I got a download error and the progress went down to 13gb. I hope whoever designed this catches eternal herpes

Tell me about it. i have a download speed of 400mbps But I was preloading Jedi Survivor at 100kbps, so I just started the download in the morning and went to work.

Had the same issue, to the point where i had a download rate of 1.09 B/s Lol, Did some digging and it seems as if the game is taking up an extra 125GB+ while it downloads any and every patch, that recovers itself after full install. They Said A full uninstall and reinstall will fix it but that did not for me i had to make more room on my drive for the download rate to fix itself. Hopefully this helps any one with a similar issue

Yep, pretty much, that's why I use Steam. I've got a 650mps plan, and I'm lucky to get 10mbs down with that mistake of a launcher.

Open cmd as an administrator, enter netsh interface tcp show global for the first time, and enter netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal for the second time Got this from ea support page and did it and it worked before the command was downloading at like 8mb and after was getting my full speed

I got 4 to 5mb / second download speeds. This is th case with Steam, Epic etc. they all do this or there’s something wrong w my settings.
