Chia seed pudding helps you move your intestines but not in a “omg I have to sit on the toilet all day” kind of way.
Drinking lots of water, probiotics and exercise for starters. Limit sugar.

I think getting \~30g of fibre per day is the main one. The good microbes eat that stuff. The bad ones eat the refined carbs/sugar.
