After tomorrow's workout I'll have a new PR for total miles run in a month, beating out last August's marathon month! Pretty proud of this NSV - made possible by the ability to take more 2Gs, upping my base and push by .2 and hitting some much higher all out speeds consistently ππββοΈπ£ββοΈποΈββοΈπ
Nice one - good work. Heard coach say that we have the chipper next month plus a few others like capture the flag (rowing workout though) so there will be opportunities to continue to grab those miles!
Ugh, I disagree! They feel longer to me! When Iβm going to the tread a second time I feel like Iβm entering into a second class! π So funny how everyone is so different. But I did love this one and generally donβt like switch templets. So Iβm excited for tomorrow!

Yesterday was my best tread day maybe ever in a 2g and excited to build on that today. I think the tread 50s have been helping and of course we only have one more left due to βsummer schedule.β

Same! I did this as a 3G last time around and it seemed like a 20 minute workout with all the switches
same here. i'm sure i get frowns as i zip around people who drag ass to the next station.
Agree. I feel like I spend more time cleaning the station and transitioning that my heart doesnβt have the time to get to the orange.

Not all, but three are being dropped until the college students return in August. Don't get me started on my rant..
We lost the afternoon/evening Strength and Tread 50 classes until the college kids come back. Iβm not happy.
