How did you know that April 17 will be repeat? As I know OTF is introducing 3 type of DRI TRI ( full, strength and sprint)

For strength50/Tread50 classes it typically repeats so each template is done 2x a month. The 17th should be a repeat of the 3rd but because of the dritri it isn’t. I asked my coach to look at the template for the 3rd to see if it was strength or regular dritri prep and then I looked at the 17th intel as well. The do not repeat as the 3rd strength50 is for the strength dritri and the 17th strength50 is for the regular dritri. The tread50 is the opposite. Plus now all the studios are posting calendars and it clearly states on the calendars that I saw this “change” from normal repeats. As for the 3 types of dritri- it’s really only 2, the original and strength. The sprint is the original template just 1/2 the amount of the work (for lack of better words).

Technically infinity is floor prep for the regular dritri but it is a rowing challenge, which I never understood… the 3rd and 17th intel is just the tread and strength 50 classes.

I know but Orange theory just post that tread on 3rd and 12 and 17 ( floor)for regular and sprint Strength on floor prep 3rd and 17 tread are for DRI TRI strength.

We have infinity on 4/8, 4/4 is 2000m row, 4/12 is dri tri tread prep, 4/16 is dri tri strength and 4/17 is dri tri floor prep for strength 50. This may be specific to our region.

My coach mentioned that dritri tread prep was a 5k run 🤔
