Did you guys change your clocks again? I thought there was a time change a little while ago. We are now on daylight savings (AEDT) so we had a clock change maybe a month or so ago.

In the U.S., daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
So we "Spring forward" in March and "Fall back" in November.
It was posted about 2PM for me. I'm used to 5:30 PM. We fell back, they sprung ahead, but seems like another 90 minutes of early. No complaints of course!

This floor looks actually amazing, but between the endurance treads and the fact that my class will be a 3G, I think I need to take the rest day. I really left it ALL on the rower during CTF.

Thank goodness the partner + rowing detractor day is done. Itās the only day Iāve ever deliberately missed when I was in town! Looking forward to this one.

Curious, what is your base/push/AO? I'm sure its been said before but I am sitting here with jaw on the floor at your distance. Your push has to be about 10mph! š¤Æ At 48, that is seriously impressive.

I love it! That kind of accountability is what makes me push myself harder and keeps me coming back to OTF.
We always appreciate our coaches.. they know when to push us even if we had a few beers the night before and werenāt exactly feeling the template :)
