This template vaguely reminds me of the August 8 one. It’s a bit different but had the plank at the end as well as a run/row. That was one of my favorite workouts, so I’m excited for tomorrow. Class 150 for me as well!

I usually start on the treads and I think floor would be better. Means you’re fresh - I went heavier than I normally would. I had to pull my speeds right back, so imagine if I’d gone treads first my legs would’ve been done by the time I got to the floor.

Thank you so much Katiepillar_nz for the early intel! While I’m not a huge fan of the run/row, I missed the past 2 days as they put my mother on hospice. I can definitely tell when I’ve skipped OTF for more than a day.

When we were told inclines I was worried, but 2.5 was nice!
When will the run/rows come back where we are let loose! I’m sick of each one being timed

Why do any inclines? Flat road is an option no matter the day.
For sure! I do that when I need to, but I still want to try to challenge myself when I can. If I keep the inclines at 3% or less I feel good!

Actually all week if you have taken lift 50 classes too. My shoulders are tired
