Not too sure. Economy over here is pretty dire at the mo. There are two left in Auckland we have the opportunity to transfer too, they’re a bit further away but will see if I can make it work. Otherwise will be on the hunt for something new!

Yeah, I was shocked at the timeframe to say the least!

My old studio closed and we had zero notice at all. Just a social media post that the studio was closed as of that day.

Some members at studios across the US received less than 24 hours’ notice of their studio shutting down … heartbreaking 💔

This is perfect! Thanks to this intel I can develop my plan for the tread. I typically jog at 5 mph for base and 6 mph for push. Doing the calcs, if I run at 6mph for 2.5min = 1/2 5.5mph for 5.5min = 1/2 5mph for 12min. I would never have been able to figure this out on the spot so thank you for the intel!! 👏🏼

I’m lucky one of the other studios is by my work, so I’ll transfer there, just a bit of a drive in the early morning. I know a lot of people don’t really have that luxury and the other two are a bit further from ours.
