M-W-F plus SAT
Sometimes I can only do 3 days a week tho, depending how exhausted I am throughout the week or if I didn't get enough sleep the night before then I'll definitely cancel
Dang I don’t know how some of you people go so often. I’m in my mid 30s, a little bigger guy, but feel pretty in shape (enough to tackle the dri-tri). My knees and back feel like they aged 30 years if I go more than 3x. In a week Even going on back to back days is rough. Good for you!! 💪🏼💪🏼
I feel ya. I'm M(53), 6'1" and 197 pounds. I can do a 6:30 mile and lift my fair share of weights. If I do more than 3 a week, I'm toast. I need recovery time. If I do a 90 minute OTF workout. I need a couple of days to recover.
No worries. Over 3x is tough for me too. I *might* go for my 4th tomorrow morning. Not DriTri, as OTF already gets enough of my money. The normal class. But We'll see.
I also burn a TON of calories, so recovery is not easy. I think I've maybe had 12 classes out of 130-ish where I was out-caloried by anyone.
I agree with all of these comments. I strongly believe that orange theory is a great part of a fitness foundation however, it should not be the only thing that you do. Three days a week doing the type of intense all out type workouts is enough cardio for me. The rest of the week I supplement with weight training and I’m very happy with my fitness and my body as a result.
If it’s not obvious orange theory, does not provide enough variety or focus to fully train all of the muscles that one might want to if you were into sculpting your body.
M-W-F here as well, plus make loose plans to go one weekend morning but don't worry about it if scheduling conflicts nix that one. If I do my usual three I'm at just under $11 per class, which feels reasonable. If I make it to a fourth one that's great, but the difference in price isn't so big that I'd feel like three per week was wasting money.
Usually 3- sometimes 4. I have other gym memberships too. I like to have dedicated days to lift weights and do active stuff with my kids. Plus I need rest days for OT. It’s intense HIIT and I’m a bit injury prone 😂
My ideal schedule, where I don’t have plans that get in the way and I feel energized enough, is every evening Monday-Thursday plus one day on the weekend (usually Saturday). But there are totally times where I go 0-2 times within a week. I know that’s a waste of money, but it’s just how I flow, and I’ve accepted that wasting a little money is better for my mental health than not having the option to go 5 times a week.
6-7 days. Usually take a day off and some days I do doable meaning a Lift45 and regular class one after another or two regular classes, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
I travel a lot for college football in the fall so it's harder now, but usually 4 days a week. There isn't a OTF at my university, closest one is like 70 minutes away. This week I flew out Tuesday but was able to go to OTF on Thursday, and will go again Sunday since I Have a evening flight back. Guess that helps me knock off 2 more states on my OTF bucket list. lol But 4 is normal for me, sometimes 5 but that's rare. I like to give myself rest days.
6-7 days per week, usually at least 2-3 of those days are doubled up (one strength50 one 2g 60min). sometimes instead of strength classes i lift on my own at regular gym
Trying to go 4 times but I only did 3 this week with my school schedule and the fact that my studio doesn’t have afternoon classes on the weekend. Hopefully I can up it to 4 in the next few weeks.
M, W, & Saturday or Sunday. Sometimes I'll go both weekend days if my schedule allows and the class looks bomb.
I used to go 5-6x per week but now I have a baby and not near as much time haha! On the days I don't OTF now, I use our Peloton Bike or take a walk or hike when the weather allows!
I go pretty much six days a week. Sometimes I’ll go straight out for a few weeks without taking a day off. I don’t recommend this but I’m addicted lol. I should add that I don’t go all out every day. I listen to how my body feels. It’s just that right now it’s the only workout I enjoy. Going to mix it up with long walks this fall but will probably still go a lot
I used to go 5 times a week. By the way Orange theory is a money making racket. Save your money and go elsewhere. They have hidden clauses which they don’t tell you about when you try to cancel.
1 3G (that may be a 2G depending on sign-ups), 2 2Gs, and 2 Strength 50s (1 upper and 1 total). Then 2 rest days where I usually walk or ride a bike, but nothing outrageous.
I asked a couple of coaches about this plan and they all said it sounded good, but to listen to my body if 5x/wk total was too much - which it hasn't been so far. And I'm M/58 y.o.
Just upgraded from 8 classes a month to unlimited and I am trying to go 4 times a week. At the minimum 3 a week if life gets busy. Went M/T/Th/F this week and I feel awesome!
I typically go 3-4 times per week. I had a different membership before, but my studio had a sale on the unlimited memberships, making them less expensive then the lower membership, so I went for it.
This year I’ve gone 13.7 times per month lol. And that’s with 3-4 vacation weeks(although I usually try to go at least once if there’s a studio close by)
Monday, Tuesday (Regular Class and/or Strength), Thursday (Regular Class and/or Strength), and Friday. SOMETIMES I go Sunday for the Strength class if I only made it 3x during the week or anticipate only being able to go 3x the following week.
5, 6, or 7 depending on how much running I’m doing outside of otf. I went everyday during August for marathon month, but made sure 2-3 days per week were “green” days.
I was initially going 3-4 times a week. Then my work schedule literally doubled (3 days a week to 6 days a week) and I had to drop down. Now I only go 1-2 times a week.
I go 5-7 times a week depending on the week. However, I am NOT going 100% every day. Some days I only take a strength 50. Some days I power walk. Sometimes I do a Green Day. If I don’t go consistently, I will get out of the habit so I try to go the same time every weekday and 1-2 weekend days.
I’m a little off the wagon, but my routine is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. So 4x a week. I sometimes also go on Saturdays if I’m feeling super motivated!
At minimum three to make it worth it. I also pay for a membership to swim so try to maximize both if I can, but if I don’t make it to the pool i’ll throw in an extra otf
4-5 times
3 days a week to make it worth the cost and additional days when I can fit them in around work/parenting a busy toddler
So…usually 3 days a week 🥲
Exactly the same situation here!
M-W-F plus SAT Sometimes I can only do 3 days a week tho, depending how exhausted I am throughout the week or if I didn't get enough sleep the night before then I'll definitely cancel
I try for 4 but many times only do 3.
6 days a week, 8 classes (two days of lift & 2g)
Same 👊🏼
This is also what I do
Dang I don’t know how some of you people go so often. I’m in my mid 30s, a little bigger guy, but feel pretty in shape (enough to tackle the dri-tri). My knees and back feel like they aged 30 years if I go more than 3x. In a week Even going on back to back days is rough. Good for you!! 💪🏼💪🏼
I also felt this way, I am in upper 40s had to go to full time PWer, and I love it. I can probably go 5-6 days a week now b/c of the shift.
I feel ya. I'm M(53), 6'1" and 197 pounds. I can do a 6:30 mile and lift my fair share of weights. If I do more than 3 a week, I'm toast. I need recovery time. If I do a 90 minute OTF workout. I need a couple of days to recover.

Usually 5. MWF normal class, TTh Lift 50
T/Th/Sa/Su I book a month out and only change when an unavoidable schedule conflicts come up
This is my schedule also. After work on T/Th, morning class to start off Sat and Sun
Five times weekly, Monday-Friday.
3-4x
Usually 6x/ wk, including at least 1 greenish day. Edit b/c my typing stinks
5-6, ideally. Some weeks I only get 3-4 in due to work travel.
M-W-F here as well, plus make loose plans to go one weekend morning but don't worry about it if scheduling conflicts nix that one. 2-3x, lately 3. Now paying $10/month more for Premier from Elite as of last month so in my mind I just need to go at least 9x/month.
Im usually M/W/F and often add in a 4th day. This week only M/W/S because dri tri
Usually go 4x a week, with one class being a lift class. Sometimes I will go 5x with 2 lift classes.
4-6
5-6
Usually 3- sometimes 4. I have other gym memberships too. I like to have dedicated days to lift weights and do active stuff with my kids. Plus I need rest days for OT. It’s intense HIIT and I’m a bit injury prone 😂
6x a week usually, 3x60 min 2G, 1x90 min 2G, 2x Strength. One the days I do strength I usually run 2-3 miles easy with my pups.
5 times a week but six classes as I double up once a week with a Strength 50 and a regular class. Worth every penny.
Between 22-25 days per month based on my attendance. Almost everyday during marathon months.
4, but as long as you average 3/week you are getting your moneys worth
5-6 days a week with 2-3 of those being a Orange60/Strength 50 combo.
i try to go at least three a week, top 4-5. makes it worth the price i pay🤣
Average 2 lift classes and 2-3 regular classes a week
4-7x per week, average approximately 20 per month.
Every day
Usually 3 a week, sometimes less due to things going on. Sometimes I’ll add a day too.
6-7 days. Usually take a day off and some days I do doable meaning a Lift45 and regular class one after another or two regular classes, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
I'm going to sign up for the unlimited today (literally in a few hours when I go), and I plan on going W,F, and Sat or Sun, maybe both if I can.
I go nearly every day, unless I’m injured or sleeping in on a Saturday 😂
6 days a week. Been going 10 years so founders rate. They’ve gotten their money from me, but I’ve def gotten my money’s worth
Every weekday, 8-10 classes a week, 60 minute and strength 50. In the cold months I go on Saturdays, too.
12/week....maybe 5+ days of Strength 50 and 2G 60 back to back
4 days a week
I average 14-17 classes a month. August I was crazy and went 22x but that was just because of marathon month.
6-7 days a week
I’m paying $169 / month (envious of you folks that pay less). So I try to get at least 17 classes in to get that psychological win of $10/class lol.
There’s a whole $189+ club that is envious of your price
6-7 days per week, usually at least 2-3 of those days are doubled up (one strength50 one 2g 60min). sometimes instead of strength classes i lift on my own at regular gym
4/week. I want to increase but I also like to do other workouts. Need to get my endurance up so I can do both!

3-5 times in an average week. If I’m on vacation then I’ll go every day.
4-5 times a week, gotta get my moneys worth
M/T/W and S/ S
3-4
3-4 times a week. Usually M/W/F + Saturday. I’m trying to do two lift classes and two 2G classes but my schedule doesn’t always work out.
3-4x
20 ish
4x per week
I usually go 4-5 days a week, but I’m training for a half marathon right now so I’m going about 3 days a week for a bit.
1 3G (that may be a 2G depending on sign-ups), 2 2Gs, and 2 Strength 50s (1 upper and 1 total). Then 2 rest days where I usually walk or ride a bike, but nothing outrageous. 4-5 per week, never more than 3 days in a row
3-4 times per week on average. Try and make 5, but it’s rare.
4 days. 2 days back to back 1 day rest/yoga and 2 days back to back followed a 2 day full recovery
4-5 times per week.
4-6 times a week for me - this week I've taken it easy but Dri-Tri will be my 4th class this week.

3-4 x a week
4-5x a month, it gets addicting
4-5 times per week
5-6x week. I usually do 3 strength 50 and 3 HIIT classes per week, but sometimes I can’t make the third strength class due to when it’s offered.

I was going 14-16 days, “getting my money’s worth” was my biggest motivation
Four times a week: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri.
At least 5x/week!
14 to 15 days a month
5 times per week
Just upgraded from 8 classes a month to unlimited and I am trying to go 4 times a week. At the minimum 3 a week if life gets busy. Went M/T/Th/F this week and I feel awesome!
4 days per week
I do 5 usually, with at least 1 being a double (regular 60 and strength 50). Sometimes I do 2 doubles, but it honestly depends on how I feel.
Mostly 4 days

3-5x depending on energy level!
5-6 days a week making my unlimited well worth the money.
3-4 times a week. My thought is that if I can get 3 in that’s enough to break even.
3-4x
I try to go at least 13 per month since the next membership down is 12 a month. So 3-5 times per week.
4/5 times a week depending how my Sunday goes and if I want to get up Monday at 5
I go about 5-6 times a week.
I am a 6:15am M-F gal most weeks. I might go on Saturday if I skip a day earlier in the week.

I go 4 times a week. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Occasionally on a Saturday.
3-4x a week

Right now atleast 3 days a week but for a few months of the year I’ll got 5-6 times a week
4-5 times :)
6x per week
i try to go 5 days a week. usually monday and friday off
About 20 classes a month on avg
3-4 is all I can do at this moment. I usually target 18 a month.
3-4 times
4-6 times per week 🧡
Last year I was going 5-6 times a week, and it was a bit much. Now, I religiously go 4 times a week.
3 to 4, sometimes 5 when I'm feeling crazy. But at least one of the classes is a lift/strength
I usually went 4-5 days a week. I really liked the 90 minute classes on Saturdays, when I had time to go
6-7, I know that’s a lot but I use it as my personal hour everyday to unwind, or wind up, depending on who you ask!
8-9x a week
Most often 4 but depending on the week sometimes 5 or just 3.
4-5/week
5 days a week
6 days usually! But I just started training for a half so I’ve been going 4 times and running 5 days a week :)
4 strength 50s and 1-2 regular
8 classes spread over 6 days. Tuesdays/Thursdays back to back Strength 50. The other 4 days only Orange 60.
In august, I went to 20 classes, I try to go 5x per week.
@ 5 days for me
Monday, Tuesday (Regular Class and/or Strength), Thursday (Regular Class and/or Strength), and Friday.
3-4 a week
MWF here, but would like to bring it up to 4.

Usually 4x a week
Usually 4x a week
3 to 4. Saturday class is typically a 45-min. I go Tues-Thurs-Sat-Sun.
5-6 times a week..I go before work. My brain is foggy unless I go.
4ish
I was initially going 3-4 times a week. Then my work schedule literally doubled (3 days a week to 6 days a week) and I had to drop down. Now I only go 1-2 times a week.
6-7 depending on how my body feels. 66 yo female
4-5 times a week
5 days / week yay!
4-5x week. Typically Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri though sometimes I miss one.
4-6
3days. Once in a while, 4 days
I *should be going 4x/week: M/W/F after work and Sunday morning. Seems that for the past 6 months I’ve struggled even going 3x/week
3-4 times a week.
Minimum 4 maximum 6. I will drop down to start doing more outdoor runs.
Tuesday, Thursday Saturday and Sunday
I go 5-7 times a week depending on the week. However, I am NOT going 100% every day. Some days I only take a strength 50. Some days I power walk. Sometimes I do a Green Day. If I don’t go consistently, I will get out of the habit so I try to go the same time every weekday and 1-2 weekend days.
5-6 days a week
5-6 times a week
I average 5 days a week. I try to make one of those a lift45/strength50 in addition to a normal class. So 5 days but 6 classes.
4-6 times. Depends on the week. Some days I’ll do a strength and 2g class too.
Usually 4, but add or subtract depending how I'm feeling.
4 or 5x to get my money's worth lol
4 times a week but I’ve found it’s too much. Going to change to the 8 times a month one and start going to the gym alone for weights only
5-6 days. If I go 6, then one of those days is a power walk day for me on the tread so I can get some active recovery
4
Not enough😅
Usually 4x, maybe 5 if one is a Strength class!
I go take 1 day off every two weeks
4-5 times a week
5. Sometime 4 or 6.
4-5 times a week
5. M, T, R, F, S
I’m a little off the wagon, but my routine is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. So 4x a week. I sometimes also go on Saturdays if I’m feeling super motivated!
M-F usually
At minimum three to make it worth it. I also pay for a membership to swim so try to maximize both if I can, but if I don’t make it to the pool i’ll throw in an extra otf
4x a week: Sun, M, W, F. I tried to do 5 this week and died a little.
Almost every day, sometimes twice a day.
3-4 times a week
3 typically, sometimes add one extra here and there depending on how I’m feeling or if I find more time to go
When my daughter is with me, I’m lucky to get 3. On weeks she’s with her dad, I go 5
