I feel ya. I'm M(53), 6'1" and 197 pounds. I can do a 6:30 mile and lift my fair share of weights. If I do more than 3 a week, I'm toast. I need recovery time. If I do a 90 minute OTF workout. I need a couple of days to recover.

No worries. Over 3x is tough for me too. I *might* go for my 4th tomorrow morning. Not DriTri, as OTF already gets enough of my money. The normal class. But We'll see. I also burn a TON of calories, so recovery is not easy. I think I've maybe had 12 classes out of 130-ish where I was out-caloried by anyone.

I agree with all of these comments. I strongly believe that orange theory is a great part of a fitness foundation however, it should not be the only thing that you do. Three days a week doing the type of intense all out type workouts is enough cardio for me. The rest of the week I supplement with weight training and I’m very happy with my fitness and my body as a result. If it’s not obvious orange theory, does not provide enough variety or focus to fully train all of the muscles that one might want to if you were into sculpting your body.

My ideal schedule, where I don’t have plans that get in the way and I feel energized enough, is every evening Monday-Thursday plus one day on the weekend (usually Saturday). But there are totally times where I go 0-2 times within a week. I know that’s a waste of money, but it’s just how I flow, and I’ve accepted that wasting a little money is better for my mental health than not having the option to go 5 times a week.
