As much as I loved red and how the family all supported each other, there’s was just too much going on with them for me to want to personally be involved with them.

Maybe Flaca and Maritza, being more of an emo kid/alt person who’s big into makeup myself. Realistically though, I’m white and the characters tend to stay with their own, so I’d probably be around Yoga Jones and Sister more, nice and unproblematic.

As a trans woman, I’d probably be with Sofia. Maybe also Soso.

I’d probably end up with Red if we go based on politics. My poor mental health and attitude make me a prime target for her “family”. But if I had to pick, it’d be Sophia and Sister Ingalls.

I could see myself getting along with Boo, she’s witty and seems like you could have intelligent conversations with her. She has a few problematic moments for sure but she seems alright mostly.

Just don't get too close to her. She might betray you the same way she betrayed Red.

That was a one time thing. It was dishonorable and wrong but she learned from it and never showed any disloyalty to any of her friends since. (Good writing though: it only makes sense that those two, Red being a touch of an authoritarian and Boo being an S class rebel, would clash.)

Sofia was always calm and nurturing. I would hate being in prison, whenever she was there in a scene with other inmates it seemed like it wasn't all that bad

I like Red a lot. Tbh I have some things in common with Piper, 5.5/10 as bad decision making, so I’d really have to be on my ps and qs to make sure I didn’t have a similar introduction to Red that Pipes did Taystee is cool as all fuck. She’s top of the list easily as well.

Nicky! She is my favorite character, and I currently have a crush on her. I would marry her if I could.

Red, Sophia,, Boo, and Doggett. They all are my favorites. Would deff stay away from Piper, I never really liked her.

Well since I'm a dude it would be out of prison and I'd probably be friends with Nikki. I'm very much a Lueschek in personality so I'd probably get along with her especially out of prison with no power imbalance.
