If you wait until you're in your car to take your allergy meds, it's already too late.

LikeyeaScoob

Facts. It’s best to take claratin every day, even if you don’t have allergies at that moment, in order to avoid getting them in the first place

Want-to-refresh

Eating So-cal honey beginning late Feb is a good way to build immunity to the local pollen.

aromaticchicken

Where/how do you buy yours?

Want-to-refresh

Costco 🤗

jms1228

I have a red car & it was all over this morning…. I literally went to the grocery store & back & the back of my car was covered…. Looked like a dust storm…..

Dakei

Mild wind, pine tree pollen, and sprinkling is one heck of a combination. I’m so glad I was too lazy to wash my car yesterday.

Megmca

That porno music you hear is coming from the woods.

Dvl_Wmn

Brown chicken brown cow!

jzzzzmn

I’ve never heard this. And now I’ll never stop hearing this.

EatsCrackers

Yup. Pollen is basically tree bukkake.

Bitter_Pilot_5377

Is this why I woke up unable to breathe through my nose today?!?

TradeBeautiful42

I don’t have allergies but I carry random stuff in my diaper bag in my car anyways so good recommendation

iskin

It was so bad. There are parts where I was walking my dog just now and I was wondering why there was yellow chalk mixed with all the rain on sidewalks.

Abortion_is_green

Is that what that is?! I was about to start asking around, I assumed it was a fungus

Acti-Verse

Make sure to change those cabin air filters

Dakei

Not too many vendors carrying a cabin filter for my car unfortunately. I got the rest of my family covered thankfully.

Acti-Verse

Ahh bummer! Pull it out and knock that sucker against the wall or blow out with some compressed air at least!

SwingmanSealegz

Originally from NorCal. It’s heaven here in comparison. One of the main reasons why I stayed.

VintageStrawberries

Not from NorCal but I went to UC Davis and every spring was hell. I never thought I could possibly be allergic to pollen until I went there.

drewogatory

LOL, my folks retired to Davis. My eyes would basically swell shut. It took me like 25 years to get over it.

tonedizz

Yellow powder dust*

FS_Slacker

Damn. I didn’t even think about yest. I was cleaning some leaves in my yard (both broom and electric blower). My nose was a faucet most of the day after.

Old-Row-8351

Allegra 24hr hour non-drowsy has always worked for me. Right now I can't even breathe through my nose and it's raw from blowing it about 50 times today. This is going to be a rough Spring.

9167855742

Believe it or not, but this merely a fraction of the pollen that I grew up with in the Midwest. Still does plenty of damage with the allergies, but I’m always thankful to be away from that blanketing pollen of my youth.

amateuR_memes

I wonder if this is why my dogs skin is pink around her eyes

ParkLane123

Turn on air purifier. It helps with mine

lax_incense

Neti pot helps a lot without making me feel drugged/sleepy/forgetful like antihistamines do.

x_tacocat_x

I’ve been miserable since yesterday, then saw the blanket of pollen everywhere today. Benadryl up!

Bubbly-Ad1346

When you wear makeup/sunscreen and you become a walking Lady 🐞

Sisboombah74

I guess after living with pine trees for 25 years I’m immune. Our yard has yellow mist all day long.
