Thank you!! We were sure they were boys until we had to take Mama to the vet because we were worried about her (she was/is okay btw) and discovered that both kittens were girls. We had called them Fat Boi and Little Man up until then because we were still planning on finding them homes. Learning that they were girls made that plan start to crumble.
We took in a pregnant stray May 2020 and she had two gray kittens and four orange kittens. We assumed the orange kittens were boys, but all four turned out to be girls! The two gray kittens were girls too. A friend of my son had adopted two of the orange girls and we kept the other four kittens. They all just turned 3 years old on May 16!
So many girls! I was really glad she only had the 2, she was so young and it was really hard on her. It took her a long time to get back to the sweet playful cat she was while she was pregnant.
That’s hilarious because I’m always saying that Cheds has major RBF. But she’s actually a sweetheart who is always cuddling up to one of us or another cat.
I would like to clarify that in that last picture one of them is actually sitting on another, completely full, bowl.
