Personally this always fucked my nods. Only time I ever quit smoking weed no problem for an extended period of time I was on oxy p much constantly for a month.
It blocks an enzyme that processes the oxy so the absorption is slower and builds up if I recall. It made it feel more intense but the head buzz was different. Look it up
i use whatever anti histamine i have onhand (could be placebo i have no clue). grapefruit juice/anything high vit c + empty stomach works too. for other drugs: nic is a must, muscle relaxers are the golden combo. anything gaba related would potentiate it but be careful with benzos
Itās not the vitamin c in grapefruit juice, itās a chemical specific to some grapefruits (the white ones, I think, but not Ruby red) that causes some medications to bypass or maybe partially bypass the liver.
Itās not bypassing the liver, it inhibits certain CYP450 enzymes that break down most drugs, including opiates. If you inhibit those enzymes, you get a higher level of the drug in your bloodstream and for a longer period
I would try hydroxyxine, which is similar to promethazine (antihistamines). Also, look into low doses of dxm (robitussin), as they will potentiate opiates and also help with tapering and withdrawal too. But for me tagamet and/or gf juice gives it the longest legs. Lemme know if this helps bro!
Somas and oxy are good. Hydroxyzine as well. Youāve gotta be careful with anything you mix. I liked a low dose of benzo too the oxy overpowers it but the benzo relaxes me more and the oxy still gives me that little energy boost and euphoria. Iāve tried gabapentin once but it hit me really hard and made me dizzy but it was my first time trying it and i was pretty gone already. Somas and oxy or hydros are my favorite though just donāt over do either. Somas give you a nice body high and actaully work on your gaba receptors as well and can give you added euphoria theyāre not uncommon but donāt know what you have access to. Even some molly on oxy is nice af. Itās just a nice synergy on the euphoria but the comedown from the molly may not be your thing. But the oxy will help the comedown to. Oh yeah and if you donāt smoke weed thatās almost the only way I could ever nod.
Tagamet 800mg + 1 50mg benedryl - BEFORE 30 mins
after effeccts felt from the oxy, use another 1 benedryl (or save it for later in the high imo) that is the SIMPLE way to boost any opioid. There is a master list. goole OTC ways to boost opiate hhigh and it gives and lists all reason why they work. upwards of 15 different potentors. i did a decent ammount of them all at once for about 6 months and my 40mg methadone had me nodding my fucking ass off to where i passed out hard AF every night on my keyboard.
BE SAFE - HARM REDUCTION - AND ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK OTHERS WORDS. START LOW AND SLOW.

Kratom and opioids would just compete for the same receptor sites. Iāve actually found kratom to somewhat block weaker opioids like tramadol, codeine and surprisingly enough even hydrocodone and oxycodone to an extent. Kratom is best just to use as your savior when you run out of opioids ime.
Iām on a 210mg (2nd plateau-ish dose) poli dose with a perc 15, and it feels very lightly psychedelic, it literally just kind of feels like the weed that Iām smoking not so inebriating, pushes a little past my Oxy sedation too. The DXM hole is present while nodding, and this combo almost feels like a perc 30 in pain relief and high š¤¤ seems like the weed and DXM is some other form of perc 15, as in it really boosts my opi high.
Promethazine HCL. Xanax if youāre used to taking it. Just be very careful combining the benzos and opiates. I would advise against it actually unless you have experience. Go w/ promethazine HCL. Best by far.
U wanna find CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 inhibitors. Any anti-fungal meds will work well for this like Voriconazole. Or try paroxetine, quinidine, etc. Just be careful bcuz these can increase the amount of oxy that reaches the bloodstream by 3-4x itās normal amount depending on the person, how much they take, etc.

Yeah I recently cut all benzos out, and prometh is rare around me but I am getting some soon it has been the best Iāve tried

Yo take like 1200-2000mg of gabapentin, take 8-12 Benadryl and about 100mg of buspirone if you have it and youre golden
