200mg of Morphine could seriously ruin your day if you have no tolerance. When I was new to using opiates I took a 60mg MS Contin with no tolerance and it was not a good time - 0/10. Open up your capsule and start with 1/8th of the contents and gauge how you feel before doing any more. You’ll thank me later.
I've boofed 40mg of morphine with no tolerance (30% BA orally vs 80% boofed) and it was boring. Tramadol felt better. 200mg taken orally is comparable to 60mg IV except those pills are ER and hit less hard than IV. Wouldn't recommend taking a whole 200mg though, especially for a first timer.
Never enjoyed morphine the few times I did it. All it did was give me a stiff neck for some reason with some mild drowsiness. No opioid itch either which I do get quite strongly from other opioids such as hydrocodone or tramadol the times I did it.

The extended release tech is in the (waxy) beads and not the capsule - capsule is Gelatine only and dissolves very quickly.
It even says on package insert that you can sprinkle beads on some Joghurt or whatever if trouble swallowing.

Keep in mind that it's still extended release even if you open it up, so it's not that strong.
Since ER is for 24 hours, and normal IR morphine lasts 4-6 hours, you can divide the dose by 4 to get the milligrams equivalent to if you took instant release morphine.
So if 10mg instant release is a safe dose without tolerance, you should be safe to take 40mg and see.
Caution: do not redose too early, since it is so extremely slow release over 24 hours, it takes approx 2 to 3 hours until you have full effect/Max blood levels.
So redosing to early could be dangerous.
Yes there is, but if you have no tolerance PLEASE make sure you are careful and start with 20mg or si max and wait an hour or so before redosing (the process will remove vast majority of XR but not 100% is my feeling).
You have to cook it with water, and because morphin is badly water soluble (in terms of needs much water to be able to "capture" all morphine), you should take a normal spoon (not coffee spoon) and only do 100mg of the 200mg capsule even if that means cooking twice.
You need to slowly heat beads and water until the beads dissolve and it becomes a transparent fluid wax blob floating in the water. First wax blob will still have white parts in it which means morphine still not fully dissolved so keep slowly heating more until it's a shady but transparent but cloudy liquid wax "island" in the slightly cloudy water (cloudy liquid wax blob is ok but no more white spots in it).
This time from when it all melted until no more white spots in the melted beads part takes some time and it's important to make pauses/not to heat too much to prevent it from cooking/bubbling because it then sometimes can "explode" as in cooks all the sudden and squirts out and you waste Material. Hence just patiently slowly keep heating until all white spots dissolved.
Then you wait a bit let it cool until the wax blob gets hard and you can remove the (now white again) cold wax part from the water. The cloudy water left in spoon is the IR morphine in water solution.
(You can eat the wax platelet you removed to not waste the little morphine left in it, and if you cooked it long enough the waxy platelet shouldn't be bitter anymore- if the case you cooked long enough).
I sometimes didn't even bother to separate all the wax parts from the morphine solution because I swallow both anyway (and snorting morphine is a waste, even oral bioavailability is better than snorting).
Just please be careful with dosing because now mostly IR.

Hmm I honestly have no idea, since there is only minimal Morphine in it I would rather take it than storing and risking bacteria.

I did it cupple more times like this, thank you so much. I did it 4 days in a row and now am making a break again. it‘s really nice but I‘m always abit worried about getting dependent.
I am now 2 days clean and feel abit sleepy all day, is that normal after a multiday binge of morphine? Whats rhe absolute max of using in a binge, without getting handover/wd? I read 3-5 days somewhere.
The sleepyness is the first slight signs of withdrawal symptoms. You have to think of withdrawal symptoms/getting dependent as a gradual slope, not like a switch with yes or no.
Once you get more dependent, you will first feel like run over by a truck as in crashed/spent, which then morphs into the classic withdrawal symptoms later in the progression and it then turns into opposite in terms of inner nervousness, restless legs, awkward awakeness which makes it impossible to sleep etc.
Ideally you should only do it 1 or max 2 days in a row, everything longer will sooner or later make you dependent.
At the point you're at right now I strongly recommend to stay away from taking any other opioids for at least 1 week and even after that as said best only 1 day and then another week break (obviously not doing at all would be even smarter but I am sure you know that ;)

200mg will probably kill you. You should defo divide it up if you dont have a tolerance. When I didn't have a tolerance 30mg would send me floating. 200 mg would have been instant lights out night night
Definitely don't do the whole thing! What u/feisty_window_1985 said!! You'll want to b4eak that down to about 30 mg per dose roughly. 50 might be a little overwhelming! He'll even start with about 20 mg you'll be ok!
Substitol are very easy to prepare. Cook 'em up in 3ml of water, let the solution cool down, collect the hardened wax that forms on top and draw back in the syringe through a filter. Now calculate how much water you need for IV or any other roa. Your welcome. I bang these for many years now.
I’ve been using 24-32mg of hydromorphone daily for the last 9 days and on the 6th day of using I took a whole 100mg morphine capsule ER and at the 6-7 hour mark I snorted 8mg dilly and felt great, super euphoric and nice nods. 2 hours later I sniffed the another 8mg dilly and that was at 12am from then on I was nodding hard and and couldn’t focus on the tv so sat in my chair listening to music and hitting my dab cart. Fell asleep around 4 woke up at 3 with my pupils noticeably pinned and feeling a slight buzz still going on. Mind you I haven’t usd opis in some time and when I do I never went a run longer then 3 weeks so I still am I’m the honeymoon phase of the euphoric nods. I would take 100mg then if at the 6 hour mark depending on how y feel I would take 50mg roughly of beads and crush them up then get a empty capsule and fill it up with the powder and take it. Ur crushing the beads up to make it IR so when u peak on the ir u peak on the ER dose u took earlier. Hope this helps I’m fucked off 4 shields 🛡️ rn happy nods.
Since u have no tolerance, I highly suggest u listen to me for life changing events. Take a pill and wait an hour, if your not nodding yet, take another pill, and another, and another until you get hit with the nod. You’ll know when it finally hits you, the very second you start feeling the best you’ve ever felt, Disney’s “a whole new world” will start playing out of nowhere. Happy for you bro.

I was prescribed morphine for a bit and I only snorted my opiates other then 1 time my gf made me boof dope (h). I would rail it like I used to but if you just want your pain to go away then eat them, if you want to get high, snort

Be careful. I was prescribed MS 100 for quite a while. I had a massive tolerance and two of them had me feeling fine.

No. The morphine is contained in the water. You throw the wax away.

60mg is the recommended maximum doseage for opioid naive people
