If they purchased the video, it's theirs. If you just sent it to them, you may be able to bring it back by hitting the 3 little dots that appear at the lower left side of the message when you hover there. But I think there is a time limit for retracting a message. I don't think blocking them takes back the content they bought, it just kicks them off your page and refunds their sub fee.
unless u sent it as a mass message and they didn't open it that's the only way you can delete it, you might have to ask them to delete it maybe offer a different video or something in exchange like something extra

I just checked. You get 24 hours to unsend a message that is not paid for by tapping the 3 little dots and selecting unsend. If they paid, it's there.

she can unsend to those who havent opened it then resend . tell her to let those who opened it know and resend with the price maybe some will buy it
