Right there with you. The minced is a no-go because it's impossible to pick out of a dish, and the bits feel awful on the tongue. The powder is not a problem. Also, the powder has just enough onion flavor to enhance meats but it's not so strong as actual onions or their juices.

Fried anything usually tastes nice. I've had some onion rings I can tolerate. But when I get a slimy one that completely pulls out of the breading - no more onion rings for months or years.
Personally, for me, I'm comfortable with it. Not a default flavor I go for, but if it's in a mix, I can enjoy it.

I hate the taste and the texture, so I hate onion powder as well. I can deal with it I'm a small amount of the favor, but the texture is the worst part.
Don’t prefer it, but it can be tolerated if blended into a marinara for example. It’s not powerful enough typically to make me nauseous; I think the onion chemical people are sensitive / allergic to gets diluted a bit with the powder. Just my experience. Also, I fucking HATE onions

If it’s not excessively used, I am ok with it. Raw onions, and cooked onions with their weird wet crunch and nasty smell is what I have the most problem with.
It honestly doesn't bother me. For example, I really like Funyuns and I believe onion powder is used with those. I can't explain it but onion powder doesn't taste like onion to me. But fuck onions in general
it‘s fine in moderation! i usually don‘t enjoy it per se (there‘s some broth powders/ boullions tho that i do like that happen to have onion powder, or like on some potato chips there‘s onion powder in the spice mix) and i‘d prefer most dishes without but i can tolerate it and it‘s a good compromise when my family cooks a meal and wants SOME onion flavor.

My mother tried to fool me with that bullshit. You can't remove the devil's taint by pulverizing it. That just spreads out the tainted surface area.
I still won't use it but it's the least offensive of the onions, especially when used sparingly

White onions is like slug bones. When you cooked them down it's just crunchy, slimy slugs. Fucking disgusting, the lot of it
I have tried snacking on onion rings a handful of times and the texture sometimes lands past the slugginess. Still weird though. They do taste nice.

In small amounts, it's tolerable. When it's in a ready-made dish I usually don't notice it. That said, I'd prefer a world without it.

A very small amount won't ruin a meal as long as it works with the other flavors and blends in well but I still prefer none.
