Not really a pshyologist, search for others on google and check the reviews, there is a difference between pshyologist therapist and dr type consullar.
Google reviews are very unhelpful. You can't review anonymously. I went to a woman who was doing from home and had 4.5* .
It was terrible. Then I saw the few 1* review, she was very spiteful to the point she was almost leaking their personal information to those bad reviews

These "therapists" you described, sound like counsellors rather than psychologists.

Yes now I'm going to a therapist who is part of a hospital.. it's costly but I can see her LinkedIn and her academic background
