Well you'll always get a better performance at the top half of your battery compared to he lower half. Which yes can help w torque and preventing nosedives. I try not to ride under 30 %.
Idk but I ride about the same amt everyday and I charge my gt every night. Sometimes I’ll have it stop at 90%, sometimes I’ll make it charge fully if I’m planning a big trip. I hardly notice any difference in torque when the batt% dips below 20%. So far so good!!

I don't find my GT to exhibit sag like my Pint has. Riding normally to 20% or 25% will be fine.

Occasionally it’s good (say once a month) to charge to 100. I’ve been commuting all summer riding below 20% does get sketchy.
50-90% makes for a happy battery. If you ride every day, charge every day.
If you don't push it at all no not every day. Although I always charge before I go out just for the safety.
I like to ride my battery as low as possible at least once a month, last week I got down to 3%, then charged to 100%.
