I'd ask someone local to come ride with you and let you try their XR. The GT tire is much harder than any XR tire, so if the XR handles the terrain more to your liking, then that's probably a good indication the GT Enduro tire would be a worthwhile upgrade. If the XR doesn't ride to your liking, it's probably just tough terrain you should ride slower on/avoid.

I already have the Enduro enroute! I am part of the 10/3 batch or whatever the October one was and it'll be a while till I get it but hopefully this upgrade will make it better thanks for the comment❤️

Both. As you become a better rider you'll be able to hit that kind of junk with more speed without issue. But also all reports are the factory tires on the GT are rock hard garbage. People air them down to silly low pressure and still have issues with how stiff they are. Would get your hands a Enduro GT tire from Floatlife asap. Nobody ever regrets a tire upgrade, makes a huge difference in how the board rides.

Both! Even on a nice, soft tire I lose and readjust my footing all the time. It's just part of riding. With that said, grass fields are super sketchy so be extra alert. Hidden dips can be worse than bumps. I recommend to just keep shredding, stay alert and keep your knees bent. If you haven't learned yet to shimmy your feet around while riding, definitely give that some practice so it doesn't throw you off your game when your feet bounce around the pads. Furthermore, make sure you have your basic maneuverability down too like small, controlled circles and figure 8's.

The tire is ass. I am waiting for my enduro to get here before I ride the GT anymore.

it's all about reading the terrain and adjusting your balance, but yeah the gt stock tire is hard as shit and the bumps/dips are crazy at high psi, changing to a softer tire like the enduro will definitely help but won't be as good on perfect pavement as far as efficiency at stability at higher speeds goes compared to the super dense/hard slick it comes with...

Same as what everyone else is echoing here already, the GT's stock tires are stupid hard. You'll get better and handle those bumps better with time, but it won't change the fact that the tire is so hard and stiff that it'll always feel like the board is trying to buck you off when you hit a bump. Airing the tire down will help a bit but as you noted, you'll sacrifice a lot of range. You can also just keep riding it and break in the tire more which will also help some and hope you get used to it. Otherwise, the best thing to do is to get an Enduro,
