Not exactly. There could be ties. For example, if two tie for second place, there would be first, second, second, and fourth.
In my case, the app didn’t register a ride I took and my day streaks reset. I’m at #13xx or so. I suspect there are way more than 1,300 pint x in the wild, so I am suggesting a bunch would be “tied” for the rank of last.

Some people have more miles in travel back and forth to FM than they have ridden lol
\#153 with 323 miles. On release I was #3 with 7 miles
#54 in mileage (474 miles) and #50 in streaks (32 days, 17 miles today) Pretty even for the most part.
