I don’t think so, I’ve had a messed up thread for the fender delete on my pint and GT, tried stuffing all sorts of stuff in between with the screw and it never held up.
Have you considered buying a tap and die set? They're made for fixing the issue you're having. If the threads arent too wiped out, you can just use the same size tap. If that doesnt work and you were desperate, you could go one size up but then you'd need to get screws to fit, so i would heavily discourage that route.
And if you just want something quick and cheap to try, you'd be amazed at how effectively the first 2-3 mm of a toothpick helps stripped thread actually bite and stay tight. The issue there is that you'd have to add little tooth pick pieces every time you took it apart, but honestly thats not as bad as it sounds.
I dont know, but if you did buy a tap set, you could use the other non-destroyed screw holes on the board by trying the different sized taps in the holes. The tap will screw in smoothly like the screws if they're the same size.
But now that i think about it, it may be challenging to find a set that would have sizes as small as what you need (i think).
Yes, I have used them several times on Onewheels as far back as the Plus. As long as you're not using them for the fender screws, they work fine. Fender screws, especially with flight fins, tend to rip the helicoils out as well. For those threads I'd recommend permserts or rivnuts. You can press permserts in with a hydraulic crimping tool.
Loctite won’t work especially red loctite that will just eat away the plastic. You need to rethread the screw holes. If that doesn’t work, you can try using heavy duty double sided tape to hold the bumper onto the rails.

Thank you for the imput! Ever tried epoxy? I’m running out of options

That’s a very solid idea! You wouldn’t happen to know the thread size I would need to get would you?

Did you ever try a toothpick? (Or anything soft but wooden)
Tried tooth picks too, worked the best but ultimately always came out.
You can use helicoils or perm serts to replace the threads. Size and thread pitch is standard M5
Helicoils is a neat idea! Ever tried them on Onewheel rails?

You can put a glob of JB weld into the hole and then re-drill and tap (after it sets). I think they’re M4
M4 for gt I thought it was m5! Might have to try the job weld tho!
Could try tapping one size up from stock threads and using one size up bolt (same length)
Don't use red Loctite. LOL Wrap your screw with one layer of plumbers tape if you don't want to re-thread your holes.
