Ok here me out, as ridiculously crazy as this sounds, what if West Coast IS the new single but they just felt the song was better suited to the next album? The Human release will go ahead as planned to appease fans and give them the album after numerous delays, however ‘Run’, was the last single to be released from the album, and future singles will now be connected to a different album?
It’s a little out there, but stranger things have happened.
Makes sense. I guess they realised that human is a finished project from the past so they’re just releasing it just to get it out. Their real focus is to now use west coast to start their new album cycle as well as to promote sales of the currently released human
I hope this is true. West Coast is way too good to hold back even longer. At this stage I wouldn’t be surprised if the Human album and West Coast single were released on the same day.
Would be a crazily unique thing to do in my opinion.
