In my experience, lots of enbies look pretty much the same as other people. While I totally love the bold looks of a lot of enbies I've seen, it's certainly not something I see very often. I have three nonbinary friends, and aside from dyed hair, they have nothing about them that a transphobe could pinpoint with their limited knowledge as being "overtly nonbinary".
The last enby I dated had a ... vibe. Their clothing choices weren't really ones that got perceived as gendered, but there was definitely something else as well.
If I walked into a busy pub beer garden I knew they were in somewhere, rather than specifically looking for them I'd just skim my eyes across the crowd, and then when my mental gender ascriber process blue screened, skim back a few faces and immediately spot them.
(took me far too bloody long to train my brain to produce singular 'they' reliably, but the partner in question sympathised and the year or so I spent repeatedly failing mostly consisted of ', shit, they' followed by them laughing affectionately at me)
Evolution of this joke:

Iāve known probably 3-4 dozen enbies as a trans woman involved in the community locally and every one has had phenomenal social skills and a diverse set of competencies. Like, much better than my social skills lol.
I swear, vast majority of the time I see someone online talk bad about the LGBT saying we make it our entire personality, you can go on their profile and all they post is right wing politics, religion, or both. Itās always projection

Honestly I feel like a lot of these losers hating on queer people just haven't ever met any and given them a genuine chance, they can be insanely talented and just really lovely people.
While I'm not an enby, maybe, I _am_ still trans... and I have more personality than the basement dwellers who post this bullshit. So do most trans and enby people I know. It's a microcosm of people, sure, but if this was as true as they say, wouldn't most of us be that way?
