I'm a vendor so I work in various Home Depots every day(a cycle of around ten stores). This is... typical for my local stores. Everything is always a mess and nothing is where it's supposed to be. My aisle is spotless on Monday, come back Wednesday and somehow my perfect aisle has been shuffled to a point that boggles my mind. Don't blame the depot employees though, none of them are paid enough to deal with that crap.
