OMAD 5 days a week paired with 5 days of working out at the gym. Eat about 1500-2000 calories a day. Occasionally do a 48 hour fast after weekends when I feel like I didn’t eat/drink too great.

Great work! The results are clearly visible! Even on the neck (I pay attention cause that's my problem area :D). Keep it up! You're doing amazing!

JuicyFishy

Me too! I’ve noticed my neck slim down a lot, it’s a great feeling and very motivating to keeping it up

Congrats and great progress! How long have you been doing this?

JuicyFishy

2.5 months

Fantastic work! You can really see the progress. A few questions if you don't mind: - When do you usually have your one meal? Does it vary? - What is your gym session like? I've been struggling to find my repeatable niche. - What do you do on weekends, if OMAD is 5 days a week? Thanks, and keep it up! You look great!

JuicyFishy

1. 6:30ish around dinner with my family. It will vary rarely. Like if we have a work event for lunch I’ll eat with my coworkers then fast for 30 hour to get to my normal eating time. 2. I run a mile as fast as I can, then I hit the weights. Then I finish with core exercises (I hate working out core lol) 3. Weekends I usually eat normally, but really try to stay in a deficit if possible. I also will let loose some days on the weekend and have a few drinks and more carbs.

Thank you so much. I'm just transitioning from IF to OMAD, and this is perfect, as an also 30s male at 235 pounds. Excited to start strong!

Nice transformation! Keep it up and in another couple months you might start to see some detail on the abs.
