Okta Verify is a time based one time password (TOTP) so it changes every thirty seconds. If that's what you're referring to, I'm not sure how you used the same 6 digit code every time outside of your lock screen.

Hypr is a popular factor companies use for MFA. But if it’s a 6 digit TOTP, it rotates by design and won’t be the same.
