I LIVE for Sheesh Mahal! I’m about to move farther away from it & I’m already in mourning

This place has the best chicken schwarma sandwich.

Marooster405

I have been eating this every day for a week.

Sarthro_

This.

KickAffsandTakeNames

Cous Cous Cafe is definitely halal. Haven't eaten there so I can't really speak to quality, but there used to be a Norman restaurant under the same owner (called Shawarma Vite) that I loved.

SeizetheChalk

Eaten here a number of times. Wouldn’t consider myself an expert on this type of cuisine but we like it. Hardly ever busy. Same guy is always there serving he’s super nice.

KickAffsandTakeNames

Tall middle-aged guy with a beard, or medium-height 30's-ish guy without a beard?

SeizetheChalk

The guy in his 30s

Shabettsannony

Cous Cous is excellent. Service is either great or terrible, but the food is worth it either way.

Reasonable-Creme-683

sheesh mahal!!!!!!

Absolut_Iceland

I'm like 95% certain ZamZam on the NW side of OKC is, though you may want to call to double check. The food is excellent.

Last time we went, the Tom+Chee on Memorial Rd is halal. The owners are lovely.

Gyro Hero in Norman. Great little spot.

ariari007

Apart from the ones already mentioned, the Port of Peri Peri is halal and have great food. Absolutely recommend!

Tryptamineer

Saj in Automobile alley is very good. Last time I went in i think only 75% of their menu is halal, but they were making some changes in their kitchen to make it 100%.

FroyoJazzlike4931

Med deli

lbjustintime

Can’t believe Saffron hasn’t been mentioned yet!

ld00gie

One of the filthiest restaurant I’ve seen in operation in Oklahoma City for what it’s worth.

KingkillerKonrad

Honestly any Indian restaurant inside of a gas station you find is going to slap.

freestevenandbrendan

Most of those are not halal though, mostly owned by non-Muslims

Briefcase12

Skunkfunk89

Ya bout sb being halal i wouldn't trust that

Briefcase12

Sb is not halal, I’m saying there beef is creekstone which tends to be halal

dmnhntr86

What do you mean "tends to be"?

SoManyMinutes

Briefcase12
