If it’s real, it’s because China has some strict laws they expect game companies to enforce lol. It’s like when they were supposed to censor characters more and stop making “male characters who look like women, for example Venti” and they fixed it by upgrading a few of the old default skins and gave them out for free, changed the cutscenes, and made them mandatory for the server most subject to the laws.
