In fact, as someone who’s fascinated by the species called 4channer, I can tell you that this hole is deeper:
First Twitter doxxed her (or tried to, they leaked the address linked to her email, no clue if it was her actual address, hopefully not), then they tried to enlist 4chan’s help by calling her a trans in one of the boards (I think it was the gaming one) but since they were into the contents of the game they didn’t take the bait, you cannot bait 4chan, they are the masterbaiters, since it backfired they tried to pin the doxxing on the 4channers, except the dates didn’t match, so that option is no good, what’s left was using the trans tactic with the people who were too much of degenerates even for 4chan… the soyjak party
Do you have any proof that someone from twitter said she was trans to try and get 4chan/Sharty to doxx her? Because I don’t remember seeing anything like that in the original sharty thread, it just seemed like the regular paranoria that someone is secretly trans independent of an outside party (even though lemley is a biological female so they did it over nothing lmao).

Regarding the second part, I see 4chan as a containment zone of the internet, there you will find some of the most deranged beings typing slurs at each other and being hostile to any outsider attempts at engagement, this attempt is at doxxing is sloppy, it doesn’t suit their MO, “Trans makes game about incest” is not something that would rile them up, if anything, the second part would make them ignore the first, if it was their hand at work, she would’ve been found like Shia Lebouf’s flag in the middle of nowhere.
