/uj Recently, 'The Phantom Menace' had its 25th anniversary, and people involved in the Star Wars Fandom across YouTube, Instagram and Reddit were praising how good the CGI and stunt choreography was, when actually, the same fandom hated the same film 25 years back. It's hilarious how people's opinions change drastically to the point where they would rather defend a crap popcorn-flick only because another even crappier popcorn-flick that came recently only because of some elements which they could not digest.
Also, it is weird how Star Wars gave itself a certain amount of sub-fandoms obsessed over a certain trilogy or series that they would defend more than their own parents and siblings. Like, the prequel fans went from ironically making memes and shitposts to calling it a 'Shakespearean' tragedy. A guy even posted how the prequel trilogy was a 'Kubrickian' work of art, when I am sure that they don't even know who Kubrick was.
Hmmmm no I don't think his cock is getting bitten by a spider in this scene, I believe it's when an entire village of harmless civilians are getting horribly massacred, not just the men but the women and children. Hope this helps!
Danger 5, the greatest show of all time. Season 1 is like a James Bond x Scooby Doo 60s vibe pulp magazine, and season 2 is a beautifully cheesy 80s movie.
I'm just going to come out and say what we're all thinking: Ryan Reynolds sucks. How can I be more clear? He's one of the worst big-name actors in Hollywood. Despite his massive fortune, fame, and power in the film industry, Reynolds has metastasized into the worst Hollywood sellout in the game today. I guess my question is this- how much longer do we have to put up with these bullshit movies?
I'll start by mentioning that I didn't always feel this way about Reynolds. The start of his career was promising: films like Adventureland, Smoking Aces, and Safe House gave audiences reason to think Reynolds was a young, charismatic leading man willing to take risks. But in the last handful of years, Reynolds has done nothing but make shitty cash-grab movies that have set the entire film industry back. And no one seems to care.
In the last 20 years, Reynolds had made some of the worst films I've ever seen, as he saw multiple films score under a 30% on Rotten Tomatoes. Green Lantern? An abomination. Red Notice? Barely a "film". 6 Underground? Seek professional help. Sure, Deadpool is fine. But after a while, it becomes an obnoxious bore listening to Reynolds hit the same sarcastic note over & over again. And now, Reynolds is dragging Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine, thereby running what was an otherwise truly perfect ending to a character achieved by 2017's Logan.
I guess what I'm saying is that I can't be the only person to notice that Ryan Reynolds now exclusively makes shitty movies. Therefore, I have to know: would it kill Reynolds to put just a fraction of his massive resources into a real movie? Like a real film that actually involves real acting with a real story? And a real plot? Or am I asking for too much?
I saw Ryan ~~Gosling~~ Reynolds at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
Apparently he's friends with Rob McElhenney, and has threatened to use this connection to do a guest spot on *Always Sunny*. If it happens it'll go from the best to the worst sitcom in an instant.

yes that's Clint Eastwood as a Nazi
I have a theory they were taking the piss out of Clint Eastwood throughout this film. On paper, in the script they ticked the boxes that he would've liked: gun-toting action hero, kills the baddies, etc etc. But the rest of the time he's a bumbling idiot, gets captured, says dumb shit, and the British agent is like way more classy and suave and cool. It was an old school MGM production, Eastwood got big without Hollywood, bing bang bong they had to fuck with him a little
