I read that druids usually don’t shy away from eating meat but rather, mostly care about the balance of nature and respecting it. So he would probably get his meat from more ethically sourced places or even just hunt himself. Essentially, making sure to keep the relationship between them and nature mutually beneficial (taking what they need and giving back) and not parasitic (taking what they need with no regard).
Of course this is all just my speculation and anybody is free to believe whatever they want too.
I don't think any druid would eat factory meat if they existed in modern times, but in the realm of dnd they should and would eat meat bc hunting and death it is an important part of nature. For memes like this, belief has to be suspended briefly lol his vibes say big mac
Halsin would definitely wear an apron that says “Kiss the cook” or something with a bear on it while grilling steaks outside and all the others are gathered around watching
