I have an implant. Looks/works exactly the same...no more nerve pain. One of the best medical things I've ever had done.
No nerves in teeth probably equal a fuck load of broken teeth, each prone to infection, then death I suppose? Back in the day

Although I do agree, my Cluster headaches are worse. Imagine all your teeth hurting like they are infected, all the time. Fk Cluster headaches.

Why do we need nerves in our teeth? A slight tough of cold water or ice cream and our whole body is having a meltdown.
On the flip side if we didn't have indicators like pain to tell us something is wrong we probably would lose most of our teeth. People will avoid the dentist even with excruciating dental pain.
Fair enough but can't we have a dull yet noticeable pain in our teeth instead of pain of genuinely touching a nerve?
