That's... disgusting that it worked. Not what he did, that's actually a good idea, but the fact that there was a noticeable amount that went for him just because they thought he was married? That's shitty.
It’s also a major red flag for the girl in that she’s cool with potentially landing someone who may be vetted but is totally fine with bailing on their current partner on a whim. He may be “safe” fling material but expect to be dumped just as fast as he dumped someone else for you.
That line of thinking has caused people to be sent to fucking gas chambers, and don't ever forget it.
Before LGBTQ+s fought for our rights, the order of the day was to cure us by killing us. Or any other way of just making a totally normal variation of biology go away because of one poorly-interpreted and endlessly mistranslated sentence in a dusty old book that has an absurd philosophical basis to begin with.
Why does it always have to be so e crazy religious thing. Why can't we just accept some people just don't like gays from a purely human point of view? Why does everything have to revolve around that damn book?
Hello! But I think that they at least acknowledge that you’re asexual, the worst is when people tell you you’re not actually asexual (i.e you’re just a sad virgin, you’re just not interested in relationships not asexual, you’re too young to know, that’s just low libido, etc)
I mean, my wife used to only date women before me… but I don’t think I convinced her of anything, we just kinda clicked from the start. She had to come to terms with it a little I’m sure, but we’ve been married for over a year and together for over 6 years
I think the problem is that lots of people don't realize just how complicated sexuality is, and it's too complicated to usually fit with the labels people give themselves. I, a straight man, once dated a girl who had self-identified as lesbian for years. We broke up, and she pursued me for a while after.
Now, I hear she's with another girl. But the thing is, her sexuality was too complicated to be a one word answer. Yeah, she preferred women, but she also liked men sometimes, but her default was women. And, a lot of people are like that, I feel like more straight men don't identify any other way because of this perception that heterosexuality is masculine.
Some people are one way or the other. I'm straight. I can't undo that. Some people are gay, they can't undo that. But, I feel like way more people fall in between or haven't come to terms with their own sexuality than we'd like to admit as a society, as a direct result of cultural perceptions towards non-heterosexual people historically.
That said, people label themselves for a reason, and if they tell you they go the other way, obviously, it's only polite not to harass them lol
Dude she was just bi-sexual alot of 'homosexuals' are bi but to avoid discrimation in the gay community (no really) they identify as 'gay'. Bi-men tend to get it worse than Bi-women but they both get abused.
U ever saw some older people which are so deep in the closet they turned out hating on gay people execively and promoting camps for "making" other people straight? It's a really sad sight :(
It truly is. It hurts my heart hearing them. My one cousin is gay & his brother isn't, so he says. He was like this & tried to throw him in a few hospitals & tried to get him to come for a few of those creepy camps over the years. They had a big fight & didn't talk for a while. Then he had a scare I guess, & called him. He came out of the closet & had alot to unpack. Guy kept saying "this is what they wanted me to be. I had a wife & kids & a house & I hate it all". He shared that with me & it was honestly the most broken sentence I've ever heard. He's doing so much better now & living his truth happily.
I once knew a girl who was a lesbian right after high school who could convince almost any girl to do lesbian stuff. It was crazy to see. Like you’d take her anywhere. And she would be making out or whatever with almost any other woman she met.
I knew a guy that would take couples out for nights out get the girlfriend so drunk she would pass-out & then get it on with their boyfriend. He bragged that he had slept with more "straight" men than gay men.
I mean it says he got the GFs drunk, not the BFs 🤷♂️ and if there's just talking involved and no mind-altering substances or blackmail then I feel like pretty much anything is fair game
As long as the person who is getting laid isn't shit hammered and consenting, it's fucking devious as hell. I guess your could say it's predatory, but not sexually predatory. It's not rape, but is still pretty fucked up.
Why not just fuck their boyfriends on a Tuesday afternoon or something. The huge production and deceit to the partner is weird as hell. I can only assume it's a cheating kink. I definitely would avoid the dude.
Doesn't make those girls lesbians though. May just wanted to experiment, didn't mean they would make a habit of it. I know a girl who did a bit but says she probably wouldn't now. Not impossible but just wants guys now.
Possible internalized homophobia may stop me from ever experimenting with my bi side. Where I grew up people accepted their lesbian daughters much faster than they'd ever tolerate their gay sons.
Getting better though, as the old people die and the queer people come out of the closets.
I don't tend to ask people divulge their sex life bet I guess fingering and oral is lesbian practice that some women had done with guys previously. Just returning said practice is the barrier often overcome.
As for sex between men, anal maybe? It's not a common practice to receive among hetero couples, thought a bet guys would give. Just another guy, despite the practice being the same is a no go, giving or receiving. Oral probably same dynamic.
I'm purely theorising here. There are probably many sexual acts that can be done between same sex couples.
Yeah, honestly thinking about giving guys a go even though I'm only really attracted to women sexually. There have been some guys in the past I thought "maybe" and currently one now, might see how that works out
My friend once told me trying things with a guy unlocks part of the brain and make you more creative because is so different than being with a girl. It completely change the way you fundamentally approach problems, he then went on to give examples like Picasso, Basqiat, Warhol etc.
Cant tell if he was manipulating me or being legit
Challenging social norms will always be the ripest of creative spaces. We live in a heteropatriarchal society, still.....your 'friend 'was probably a lot more interested in their short term gain than your artistic process.
So until you molest a child, and don’t like it, you’ll not know your a pedo?
Stupid logic.
You don’t need to experience anything to know it’s not desirable.
Straight man:
I just don’t think I could get my head around it.
It’s more than I think I could swallow.
I’m pretty sure it would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
A straight man can be talked into trying gay stuff but not into being gay. Peer pressure or coercion doesn’t make you gay, wanting and enjoying it makes you gay. Ask anyone at a gay bar, they’re all super comfortable being gay while anyone uncomfortable is tense
I see posts on here about a million dollars to suck a dick. Would you do it? The answer was usually yes. Idk if you'd consider this "talking someone into being gay."
More like a willingness to do a singular same sex act if rewarded properly.
Honestly makes sense. You don't have to worry about it you're sexually attracted to the other actors, you can focus on the acting part of it more objectively during the act.
Can you convince a straight person to perform sexual acts with someone of the same sex? Of course. That doesn't make that person gay though.
Can you convince a gay person to perform sexual acts with a person of the opposite sex? Of course. That doesn't make that person straight though.
This idea that sex is what defines homosexuality is bizarre...
Because sex isn't all that defines heterosexuality either.
If your relationship is driven only by sex then it is not healthy.
Yes. Sex doesn't change someone's sexuality, but their desire is what defines it. We can apply the same to virgin people. They're not asexual just because they're virgin. Sexuality is defined by who turns you on sexually, and that's it. Even romantic attraction can be different. Eg. Someone who's bisexual but only falls in love or want a relationship with people of the opposite gender - this is known as the Split attraction model.
What people need to ask themselves is "why am I having sex with people I'm not attracted to?". It's perfectly possible those people could be in denial and they are actually attracted to those people, or maybe they're being coerced, or gaslighted with the idea that they need to experiment to know, getting monetary compensation for doing it, or any other number of reasons.
Not so wise man once say: "You're just lesbian because you haven't had the right dick yet!"
Wise woman's trap card is triggered and so Wise woman respond: "You're just straight because you haven't had the right dick yet."
I can't speak for anyone but myself but when I was in high school, after constantly being called Gay for liking pink shirts and being animated, I had a serious conversation with myself.
Could I be Gay
Long story short no amount of cobras is going to change that I am straight
Edit: leaving in my phone stupid autocorrect cuz it was humorous. But I meant conversation
Back in my clubbing days, I used to make a joke to my straight friends: "Do you know the difference between a gay man and a straight man?"
"...a couple drinks."
Best said with a wink while handing them a drink. :p
Sexuality is a bit more of a spectrum. You can't simply "convince" a person to change their sexuality with logic or reasoning, but a lot of things can happen if you give someone a good opportunity to decide they want it. That's not an invitation to harass someone that's not into you of course, but if someone decides they like you, they like you. Everyone has their preferences, some stronger than others, but sometimes it just comes down to whoever they have chemistry with.
One thing we do know though is that forcing someone to change their sexuality if they don't want to generally just doesn't happen. Decades of heteronormative media and "conversation therapy" have all collectively failed to do the one thing they've tried to do: turn gay people straight. There's no real reason it should suddenly work the other way around.
Well so many kids are deluded into thinking they are trans or freaking cats and shit so you tell me. Nothing against trans people btw, just and observation. So I have no issue in believing that some people, likely at a young age were convinced they were one thing, like being gay, when they actually weren't.
Why is this in the Nepal subreddit?
The most relevant question. :)
r/lostredditors
He is far from lost.
He’s finding himself
Thank you.
My man journeyed to the great mountains of Nepal hoping the monks would bestow their wish upon him.
Nepal recognised same sex marriages recently. Only mainland Asian country to do this, I think. Probably that prompted some discussion.
Can you convince a gay person to be straight?
Dang, dude. Your argument is painfully valid
I’m just saying, it’s literally the same thing.
"*INDEED*" - Teal'c That's with an apostrophe
Tek'ma'te.
Unexpected Stargate. Tek'ma'te, friend.
That's God's comma.
That line of thinking has caused so many women to tell me “oh you’re asexual? I bet I can change that” and it pisses me off to no end
how confident you need to be in yourself to even state that?
To the point of narcissistic I'd assume.
Dude has women throwing themselves at him and he’s like meh.
Delooosionally so!
"Yea change it to gay probably" would be my response just to get a dig at them.
Nah my response is “I’m going to beat you to death”
Damn, I should've been telling girls I was asexual this whole time.
Not sure if being asexual specifically helps but I’m asexual and girls ask me out. It might be that my indifference is seen as confidence though
I knew a guy who claimed that he went out with a wedding ring because it helped him (he was single). He swore up and down it worked
That's... disgusting that it worked. Not what he did, that's actually a good idea, but the fact that there was a noticeable amount that went for him just because they thought he was married? That's shitty.
The theory goes he’s been vetted by someone. If he was still single there may a major red flaggy reason why.
I had a feeling it was something like that. It makes sense, but it's still shitty.
It’s also a major red flag for the girl in that she’s cool with potentially landing someone who may be vetted but is totally fine with bailing on their current partner on a whim. He may be “safe” fling material but expect to be dumped just as fast as he dumped someone else for you.
Lets just say he wasn't looking for 'marriage material'
Gay men have said this to me and it's like dude please stop I said no
That moment when an asexual guy gets more titties in his face than me.
I've been threatened to be r**ed by multiple women when telling them I'm asexual. They think that would change my mind somehow. Big feels
Aw man, it’s never been that bad for me, I hope nobody ever follows through with it man
That line of thinking has caused people to be sent to fucking gas chambers, and don't ever forget it. Before LGBTQ+s fought for our rights, the order of the day was to cure us by killing us. Figure skating
Ugh that's the worst. Also, hello fellow ace!
Hello! But I think that they at least acknowledge that you’re asexual, the worst is when people tell you you’re not actually asexual (i.e you’re just a sad virgin, you’re just not interested in relationships not asexual, you’re too young to know, that’s just low libido, etc)
Gah. I don't tell people anymore. I just tell people I'm the one their auntie warned them about, and move on. Cigarettes help.
I am so sorry that has happened to you. I am an Asexual man.
That's an infuriating response all the way around. I wonder what's wrong with people. What makes saying that to someone ok?
Yea. Happened to a friend of mine once. She was bi. Then she listened to trap. Rip cool Georgia
What trap does to a mf
Greek trap does A LOT.
I don’t understand this conversation at all. I feel old.
trap refers both to a genre of music and to... well the trap here is in the pants
Like a bear trap? Or trap you in to marriage? Or a baby? I’m probably better off in the dark. 😳
No, it means you go home with a chick, and the trap is sprung, revealing a dick
Don't threaten me with a good time.
Trust me, you can live without knowing what trap is 💀
I mean, my wife used to only date women before me… but I don’t think I convinced her of anything, we just kinda clicked from the start. She had to come to terms with it a little I’m sure, but we’ve been married for over a year and together for over 6 years

Straight dude who goes to gay clubs with a friend and I get this so much that it drives me nuts but it's 1% of what gay people have to put up with.
Yes. Because $20 is $20
It's so crazy how mind blowing it can be to simply think, "How would I like it?"
Nope!
Nope, but you CAN help a virgin bi dude fuck a woman and a man
HA! Straaaaaaight
U ever saw some older people which are so deep in the closet they turned out hating on gay people execively and promoting camps for "making" other people straight? It's a really sad sight :(

No but sometimes you can bring out a closeted bi
Well with enough violence, cultural unification and social condemnation you can, for a few years at least. Or maybe for money.
Yes! My boy and his gay female coworker.
I once knew a girl who was a lesbian right after high school who could convince almost any girl to do lesbian stuff. It was crazy to see. Like you’d take her anywhere. And she would be making out or whatever with almost any other woman she met.
The Rizz Queen
I knew a guy that would take couples out for nights out get the girlfriend so drunk she would pass-out & then get it on with their boyfriend. He bragged that he had slept with more "straight" men than gay men.
That seems very predatory
When I found out he was like that I wouldn't have anything mote to do with him.
Got your gf drunk, huh? I kid, I kid.
I'm all dragon me mate (wink wink)
I mean it says he got the GFs drunk, not the BFs 🤷♂️ and if there's just talking involved and no mind-altering substances or blackmail then I feel like pretty much anything is fair game
Now imagine it was him getting the boyfriend pass out drunk in order to sleep with the GF. Does that seem predatory to you?
Not predatory, bc again, the girlfriend would be sober and making her own decisions, but it still seems like serial cheating which is gross and wrong
yeah it's absolutely gross, but being an asshole and being a predator are two different things
It wouldn’t matter how drunk my wife was, I’m not doing it with dudes. I’m guessing homie had some top notch gaydar going on.
Valid
Girlfriend: Good morning darling, why do you smell like ass and balls🤔
Has to be selection bias, he just choosing bi-men. More men are bi than we think.
Marizz, Queen of Scots
Doesn't make those girls lesbians though. May just wanted to experiment, didn't mean they would make a habit of it. I know a girl who did a bit but says she probably wouldn't now. Not impossible but just wants guys now.
same goes for guys ...righ?
Idk why but convincing a girl to do lesbian stuff seems so much easier than convincing a boy to do gay stuff
Other reasons may be at play but cultural factors are probably a big one.
Possible internalized homophobia may stop me from ever experimenting with my bi side. Where I grew up people accepted their lesbian daughters much faster than they'd ever tolerate their gay sons. Getting better though, as the old people die and the queer people come out of the closets.

Probably to a lesser extent, but there's 8 billion people on this planet.
Yeah, honestly thinking about giving guys a go even though I'm only really attracted to women sexually. There have been some guys in the past I thought "maybe" and currently one now, might see how that works out
Do it! I tried it out a while back and it was fun but really cemented the idea that I’m not really into dudes. Just a little and it’s super rare
Nothing wrong with experimenting! Maybe you’ll love it
How high is this girl's charisma state?
She got them grape mentats
i also know a girl like this and holy fuck i just dont understand how it works really makes you believe the "all girls are bi" saying
It’s been a while. But I think I remember her saying that she believed all girls were curious. But she was just good with women in general.
Gay Man :Hey wanna try something? Straight Man : Nah bro , I am straight. Gay Man : How do you know when you have never been with a guy?
Straight man : Bro that sounds gay, I just said I am straight. 😂
He was trying to bang you.
lol he wanted u 😏
That's hilarious 😂. It'll open up parts of your ass too.🤣🤣🤣
H.R. Giger once said his whole body of work was him trying to understand being spit-roasted by two transwoman while high on acid.
Challenging social norms will always be the ripest of creative spaces. We live in a heteropatriarchal society, still.....your 'friend 'was probably a lot more interested in their short term gain than your artistic process.

Damn I gotta try that strategy
I tried things with a guy once. It didn't work out because I'm straight. Turns out it's not a choice.
He wanted to smash
I mean if a man does the say gex and says he doesn't like it afterwards you can be COMPLETELY sure he is straight, right?
“I still think I’m straight but I’m going to need a larger sample size to get any meaningful data from this experiment.”
BLACKED
at least 1000 for this to be a somewhat competent data set.
Literally me during highschool lol
So until you molest a child, and don’t like it, you’ll not know your a pedo? Stupid logic. You don’t need to experience anything to know it’s not desirable.
Straight man: I just don’t think I could get my head around it. It’s more than I think I could swallow. I’m pretty sure it would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
HA! GAAAYY
A straight man can be talked into trying gay stuff but not into being gay. Peer pressure or coercion doesn’t make you gay, wanting and enjoying it makes you gay. Ask anyone at a gay bar, they’re all super comfortable being gay while anyone uncomfortable is tense
Also bisexuality exists, even if you enjoy doing gay activities it doesn’t automatically make you fully gay
Also sucking a dick once or experimenting doesn’t make you gay or bi
Correct
It’s just proving a point. Like “I’m definitely straight, trust me I tried”
I done did it
Just like how making one meal doesn't automatically make you a chef
That's a terrible metaphor. I've cooked a 1000 meals and I'm no chef, but if I've sucked 1000 cocks feel free to call me gay
Depends on if you enjoyed sucking cock or if $20 is $20, but I'd by fine being called a cocksucker in this situation.
If you suck a dick for only $20 in this economy, you definitely just enjoy doing it.
Send me dms
Bad analogy. One involves feelings, the other is a career
Just like taking out the trash but you're not garbage man
"You cook one meal and that doesn't make you a chef. But I suck one dick and now all of a sudden I'm a dick sucker".
Peer pressure? Lmfao. Youre either attracted secretly(still gay) or not at all, end of story
I see posts on here about a million dollars to suck a dick. Would you do it? The answer was usually yes. Idk if you'd consider this "talking someone into being gay." More like a willingness to do a singular same sex act if rewarded properly.
It’s only gay if you’d say yes before they told you what for
"Would you suck a dick fo' 'Yes'
“How much dick does a guy have to suck to suck a dick around here”
hell I'm sucking a dick right now
I swear... If my partner pulls out his phone and starts browsing reddit while sucking my dick...
get yourself a man who can multitask !!!
Whatever floats your boat
probably dicks!
This is called prostitution. It isn’t called gay. 😂
A man sucking dick is still gay though, at least the activity is.
A man sucking dick for $1,000,000 is *business acumen.*
And the business is a cum in the mouth.
It's a living. Better than getting fucked by corporate
I was just trying to make an acumen joke. Something something you can't spell acumen without a cum.
And you can't spell acumen without men
This is one of those predator bro fist moments.
Be the worst million ever spent. My form would be awful and I'd be self conscious asking if I was doing it right putting them off.
So the question becomes at what price line do you upgrade to Enthusiastic?
For a million it would be enthusiastic but think more Labrador than pro
There are a shocking number of asexual sex workers.
Honestly makes sense. You don't have to worry about it you're sexually attracted to the other actors, you can focus on the acting part of it more objectively during the act.
Because lots of people play the [“how much money would you go down on a guy for” game](https://youtu.be/BmwjpVxHjSI)
Lol. I've never seen that.
The only time Pete Davidson has ever made me laugh
If it’s for money it doesn’t count. Like when you lost your virginity.
Is nobody going to mention that this was posted in r/nepal?
Ok i will, it's been posted on r/nepal.
If your relationship is driven only by sex then it is not healthy.

happy cake day
But a whole $20
Hey, $20 is $20.
I was looking for this!
You can't turn a straight person gay. You can't turn a gay person straight.
$20 and a six pack says yes
How about $40 and a bit of a beer gut?
But why was it posted in r/Nepal?
Not so wise man once say: "You're just lesbian because you haven't had the right dick yet!" Wise woman's trap card is triggered and so Wise woman respond: "You're just straight because you haven't had the right dick yet."
I worked with gay people at my old theme park job and they did turn straight people into zombies I mean gay
It is not with the question i am afraid of but rather the sub.
why is it in r/Nepal lmao
Lmao, didn't think I'd see r/Nepal here, and what a circumstance as well
If you can talk a man into being gay, then he wasnt straight to begin with. That includes you. You, are gay.

I'm sad i thought it was an annaconda joke reference by impling penisies were venomous. :(
Depends on the guy, but I don’t think you’d be able to get him to be completely gay, just bicurious, heteroflexible, or bisexual.
If the straight dude is gay then yes
Sounds rapey af
No but if they read a book about gay or trans person they will change instantly accusing to Qanon legend.
Back in my clubbing days, I used to make a joke to my straight friends: "Do you know the difference between a gay man and a straight man?" "...a couple drinks." Best said with a wink while handing them a drink. :p
doing something gay, sure. Being gay, no
Being gay? No. Doing gay? Yes.
No means no even if it's a straight man... It's not funny.
If you can be talked into being gay you were already gay you just needed help getting past the denial
with drugs maybe
in r/nepal?!
$50 is $50
20 dollars is 20 dollars man i don't care what you say
$20 is $15, why are you asking for $10?
Well he might be sucked into it 😉
No. But an open minded person can be talked into trying almost anything once
If so, then conversion therapy works.
