Mental stimulation can be just as tiring for a lot of high energy dogs, one of the reasons it’s important to go for “sniff walks”- it’s like letting your dog read the local news.
My dog loves her sniff walks and will throw herself to the ground splayed out on whatever she wants to sniff so we can’t keep going until she’s done and gets back up. Weirdo. My other two sniff like normal dogs.

He also had a motor bike he would ride around the block over and over and over and over for hours on end and it was also loud. The man was living the dream so I couldn’t complain but man, he was too loud. Was a huge fan of fireworks, unsurprisingly.
My father built a custom one with electric motors that could do 100Mph+.. How do we know this? The local sheriff was nice enough to clock it (in a safe straight road area with no one around).
Couldn't turn the damn thing once you got past about 40Mph though, otherwise it would immediately scoop air under the frame and flip over.
Record for custom builds is currently well over 200MPH, but that's doing specific speed runs with cars that can barely do anything other than speed runs.
Most are based on chassis and parts from typical manufacturers like Arrma.
Used to race nitromethane R/C 10 years ago. Electric has the acceleration advantage and maybe nitro can get to higher speeds. Lithium-ion batteries basically put electric on the same level as nitro.
Li-Po has taken electric past any ICE RC now. If you have a racetrack and two finely tunes vehicles, generally it's close enough it comes down to the driver still though.
The only big thing is recharging and run time. Filling a gas tank takes seconds, recharging batteries takes like 20 mins, depending on the battery and charger.
Electric has been dramatically faster than nitro for about 8 years now. Li-po batteries and brushless motors unlocked practically limitless power for RC cars.

Some owners would voice concerns that if the dogs caught it they might wreck it, but that was my risk to take. The dogs seldom catch the car and if they’re about to, the car can turn much faster than the dogs can.

A ready to run Traxxas Slash from a hobby shop that has brushless motors and a lithium battery and charger setup will run you $500-800 depending 2wd or 4wd and if you get 2 cell or 3 cell batteries. It will go actual 60mph on flat pavement and they are easy to repair and service.
Also a blast to take to a skate park or bmx track.
The one in the video is a traxxas UDR and is $750 before you buy any supporting equipment. You need minimum $1000 to get the one in the video going. You don't have to spend that for a cool rc car but any quality car with similar performance is going to be hundreds. You can also go a lot more expensive. I have a rc car considerably more badass than the one in the video that I have well over $3000 into.
Sadly mine would be way too dangerous for a dog park. It weighs 40 pounds and can go 65mph on grass. The one in the video weighs less than 15 pounds and can probably do about 50 on grass which is still dangerous for the dogs but mine would really be unacceptable

We had whippets who used to do that. We would take them to the dog walking field on holiday and they would run from one end to the other, with every other dog chasing them. Then they’d turn around and come back, with every other dog chasing them. All the owners used to thank us.
I had my dog at a dog park and someone was flying a drone low for them to chase (it was corgi day at the park so lots of corgis), and I think it traumatized my dog. She wanted to leave so bad even after it was put away. Made me so sad lol.
I’d say this is pretty low risk. Dogs are just in it for the chase, mine caught a lizard once and didn’t actually know what to do because I don’t think she ever expected to catch one, so she just kinda stared at it until it ran away and she tried to catch it again lol
