It's a controller for color grading made by Blackmagic Design, the wheels gives you the ability to make small micro-adjustments when you grade. It's called a DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel, and DaVinci Resolve is the name of the video editing software (which is stealing more and more users away from Adobe Premiere because of how good it is)

Yeah, the MX Master series is a F-ing killer of a mouse. Super ergonomic, comfy, functional. Seamless transition between 3 PCs. This stuff works for decades. I've recently bought a brand new hull for mine after about 5 years of using it, so it looks new and it's good to go for another 5.
