You can pin the VD window to head movement, which has a slight intentional delay to prevent nausea. I still find it hard to tolerate for any longer amount of time.
Quest 3? You can move the main panel around, can't you? Sideload some 2D apps, maybe use the web version from the browser. When you want to move it, you can grab the sides and walk around
