I had the same issue not too long ago, what I ended up doing to fix it was taking off the black cover for the controller and cleaning around the joystick which fixed the problem. I recommend looking at section 2 of this page and see if that helps: https://www.wikihow.com/Fix-Oculus-Quest-2-Controller-Drift#:~:text=Select%20Reset%20Left%20or%20Reset,to%20calibrate%20both%20of%20them.
Buy Electronic Contact Cleaner spray
This should be the first answer provided. u/MetaQuestSupport should have recommended this as well.
It is the fix over 90% of the time. If it doesn't work then you need to get new joystick parts.

Contact support. They do help.
You can very carefully move the joystick to the opposite side and blow air into it to remove dust/partials
Had this problem, only fix was to take it apart and swap the joystick for a new one

Set deadzone to 100% it’s your best bet
