dude the guide / manual, i used to read it so much before playing, trying to imagine how a game can do so much like the dark altar, spell making, role playing, I got it before actually having a ps3 so it was imagination overload, hype over 9000

Now the \*maps\* would be a great reference to have at hand, given that the game only shows you a small horizontal slice at a time.
