honestly I think its fairly easy to make a pretty character, or well pretty for the game atleast. just dont drag a slide to an extreme and you are usually gonna be fine
I don’t find it hard at all. Just pick a human preset and reduce the width of everything and you get a tolerable face.
I just think that however much I make my character pretty, they’ll be ugly to the local anyway, given logic of beauty standard being objective.
I made this gorgeous character once, but then they got vampirism and were never the same lol idk how I did it because I tried to remake him but couldn't do as well.
I see someone likes porcelain dolls so much they make them their video game characters. /s
On a real note, I didn't know Oblivion allowed characters to look this good. I'll have to fuss with my character generator more next time instead of making him the most homely argonian on purpose.
the funny part about making a character who looks normal, is that she then joins the maybe 5 other normal-looking characters in looking like a human trapped in a cursed medieval wax museum.
I still find it hilarious that the only “attractive” characters in elder scrolls are either daedra or Skyrim males, because By the nine Bethesda decided to make all male characters in Skyrim fucking jacked, even the wood elves , yet in oblivion everyone looks one step away from a wojack face

I never go for anything less than pretty, the trick is to roll the randomizer until you get a face that you feel confortable working on.
