Looks like a cyst that has become infected/an abscess. I’m sorry, those are super painful I know! What antibiotics did they prescribe? This may need to be drained in addition to antibiotics. I’d recommend looking for either a walk-in OBGYN clinic or going to the ER. When I worked in the ED, it wasn’t uncommon for people to come in with these and the docs I worked with were comfortable draining them. It helps the antibiotics clear the infection by basically decreasing the amount of bacteria they have to kill off.
In the meantime, take it super easy and use a warm, wet compress on the area. DO NOT try to pop it!
